One of the few games where you can say "Whoever directed this game needs to be sent to jail." and be correct.

Crashed windows's desktop environment mid-stream 1/10
(This game was doomed to fail the second they decided to go for dozens of unique costumes with a one-button control scheme. It feels terrible.)

I hate it.
But the dance sequences made me laugh, so I'll give it 1 star instead of 0,5.

What the heck did I just play?
I'm not gonna bother writing anything else here. It doesn't deserve words. LOL

Holy shit !! This really must be the worst game I´ve played in a long time !! It fucking sucks !!!!!

i was gonna have some witty little one liner and not look back but nah
nah bitch i have issues to get out LMAO
So its sad enough that this clearly had Some kind of a vision and art direction but they also managed to make so many powers irrelevant, the level design weird, there was allegedly bug fixes beyond launch but i just dont give a fuck because at first I was just upset it wasnt anything like NiGHTs or the fact that the posterboy for this is delegated to fuckin QTEs
its just how nothing felt like it was meshing together at all, i dont like the sound design, the music gets old quick and you cant even be that fucking excited for new powers because youll be asked to do things in such a very specific and arbitrary way anyways.
final thoughts: The biggest disappointment of 2021 for me
This was so bad infact that not only is it a blemish upon the platformer genre and a searing red gaping goatsie from Square Enix in hinging so much on one project and not giving it proper ground and support to even open it's eyes..
it is so bad that I think it actually made everyone collectively forget about the mental anguish Yuji Naka inflicted on society with "Ivy The Kiwi?" many years ago.
and they make the cover-art guy get aryan anime boy'd in the end how the fuck do you lose This Hard.
