A massive step up from the first game, turning a decent time killer to a genuinely good lil action RPG(?).
Finally we have more than just 1 type of dungeon, more weapon types, a story with more twists and turns with alot more cohesion and much more content to chew on after the credits and the platinum trophy even.
Its just shy of beeing something great but this series has yet to fail to keep me entertained so the 3rd game is on my radar.

It’s a game. It felt pretty simple, almost like it could’ve been a mobile game for most of it. The last 15% was a bit more interesting when it’s possible to get creative with builds.
Had a lot of fun playing this in coop with my son!
Among the advantages: co-op, vivid visual and simple gameplay. Of the cons: The humiliating randomness of the issuance of items from chests, because of which you need to constantly check and change weapons and armor.
