Devil May Cry 2

released on Mar 22, 2012

A remaster of Devil May Cry 2

An HD remaster of Devil May Cry 2, first made available in "Devil May Cry HD Collection." Devil May Cry 2 takes place many years after the first game. This installment introduces the ability to run along walls, the Rain Storm ability, and others, giving Dante even more freedom to defeat enemies in style. You can also play as the new character, Lucia, who uses speed as a weapon against enemies, as opposed to Dante who relies on power. The bonus mode, Bloody Palace, also makes its first appearance here.

Won't even recommend that to my worst enemy

You can tell this was rushed, but still has some potential as seen how additions to Dante's moveset (like dodging) was added to future games. But it's still very not good, although not devoid of enjoyment. The story has no coherence whatsoever. I don't feel like playing Lucia's route at all.

I hope everyone involved with making this game got a very stern talking to.

i finished this game twice with both character and i regret it ever since

this is one of the worst games ive ever played, the only good part is the fact that dante can fun up and along walls because thats pretty cool. the combat is easier than skylanders, the bosses are horrible, i cant remember a single song from this game, the characters are boring and the story practically doesnt exist. i played this via the hd collection, and it crashed/froze my labtop more than 5 times. just awful
