Pre ordered the gold edition because I've played and loved every Far Cry game since Far Cry 3, and Far Cry 5, this games predecessor, was my favorite game in the whole franchise. Having all these games, I thought it made sense that I get the gold edition for 6 to get all the dlcs plus the steelbook bundled together. After grinding this game for many hours and getting the platinum on PS5, I can confidently say that IT IS NOT WORTH IT! If your playing this game for just some mindless shooter action it does that well, but so does every other Far Cry game. Meanwhile the setting, side characters, and most importantly the villain all suck. Anton barely gets any screen time and the charm that made Far Cry unique which was its charismatic villains is not present in this game. Mediocre game at best and I would only recommend buying this if its on sale for like 20 dollars.
