It was a nice little wrapup for the Eulmore story but most of it was kinda boring, the ending was incredible though. Also as a HUGE DrakeNieR fan the YoRHa: Dark Apocalypse was a giant love letter to not only NieR: Automata but Replicant and Drakengard even moreso. Overall the MSQ was lackluster but the content was great

This is the patch that brought us The Epic of Alexander (Ultimate), featuring the infamous duo Brute Justice and Cruise Chaser and the absolute unit that is Perfect Alexander.

Hence, this patch is peak

It's an x.1 patch, mediocrity comes with the territory. Yawn.

Good post main expac little questline, nice little story about the world starting to rebuild now that things are getting back to normal. Can't wait to see where this goes

10/10

This patch starts well enough, moving us towards the quest of getting the Scions back to the Source, as well as moving our focus back to whatever mess is going on in Garlemald. Sadly, or perhaps predictably, this is soon cast aside in favour of accompanying the family-friendly political changes in post-Vauthry Eulmore.

As with other x.1 patches, 5.1 seems to be meant as a light and inconsequential sprinkling of new content, a sort of palate cleanser before picking things up in earnest again with x.2 and effectively finishing the expansion's main storyline with x.3.
