It's mostly a port of the SNES game, but with all three characters, every missing stage, and displaying more than two enemies at once on screen. It's what the SNES game should have been from the start, except that this time it fits in your pocket. Still a downgrade from the arcade, but a good port nonetheless.
I thought the GBA was supposed to be a mini-SNES, so why is this so choppy and gross? Also, did the music team think they were arranging for original Game Boy?
Fun to see the STREET FIGHTER ALPHA 3 versions of Cody and Guy in this but to say they're out of place is an understatement. And I don't know why they insist on trying to put more narrative in each new version of this game. It's fine the way it is, guys! I don't need to hear Edi E. say anything! I'm good!

Surprisingly a pretty fun port. It doesn't look or sound as good as the arcade original but it plays perfectly fine and feels good. This port is worth playing for having the addition of a difficulty selection and for having the Alpha versions of Guy and Cody as unlockables. Add the great save system on top of that and you've got a very nice pick up and play game.
