If you're in the mood for a nice, light-hearted romance story and enjoy old point-and-click adventure games, then this is for you! Follow six characters and how each of their stories intertwine with each other's love lives.

I'm a sucker for pixel art, so I really appreciate the use of 2.5D environment with the 2D characters. It was really well done, it felt 2D the majority of the time, but the lighting and shadows added an extra richness, especially in areas like the park.

Amo indies e sempre apoiarei!!

Cute slice-of-life adventure game. You play six different characters in their romantic encounters/interests.

HPF has a beautifully bright color palette. The cheery vibe really plays on the rom-com story. The art style is a wonderful pixel blend of 2D characters in a 3D world. The room transitions, moving through doors or stairs, are smooth and the music adjusts. Basically, the game is eye candy.

The story is pretty cheesy; I don't see that as a negative since I had an idea what to expect. The game does describe itself as a rom-com. I felt it had enough sad, happy, and funny moments in balance. It's good to watch/play/read cheesy stories at times. Feel good, ya know?

Two negatives: odd solutions to progress or gain achievements and the story was told skipping between the past and the present. Telling a story non-linear isn't bad. But it can be confusing. Thankfully the game does tell you which "timeline" you're in but totally not my style when I have to remember "where" I am in the storytelling.

It's a feel good, cheesy game that I needed at the right time.

A cute short game. I've played the spin-off before I actually played the main game and it was fun to recognise some of the characters who got their own stories in the spin-off! The pastel pixel art style was enough to draw me in in combination with the promise of some adorable meet-cutes and inevitable love stories. I loved getting to know the characters and their personal lives. I think my favourite romance out of all of these might have been Jaren and Ana. How they met and the way Jaren continued to put in effort to pursue Ana stole my heart. I think it was also cleverly done how the characters all linked up to each other in some way. The music was pretty but did get on my nerves at some point, becoming repetitive quick. I would have also liked if I could have used the left click on my mouse to continue the conversation and possibly even move the characters around. It felt strange to just be using the keyboard and having to make myself press Enter every time I wanted the dialogue to continue. It's a game that I enjoyed spending my time with and I'd love to play more in the same vein by this developer.

The game is made up of a few nice short stories that somewhat tie together but overall it doesn't really have anything that stands out. It's short, neither the characters nor the story is amazing, the visuals/sound doesn't do anything much and there is pretty much no gameplay outside of walking in your designated area (each story happens in specific places and you can't move into other areas). It was cool but forgettable.

A collection of short vignettes about people having chance meetings and slow romances. Film maker and a photographer. Tea enthusiast and a gamer. Two business people.

Basically fine. Overwhelmingly straight and kind of just more about people getting along than examine any real relationship and the mechanics of making it work. Every segment generally involves cute little interactions with no real conflict. And that's fine, really. But it also just kinda flows through you like water. Couldn't tell you the name of any character the day after I played it.

Also it was just kinda jarring to play an indie game where the main emotional core is around two business people joining an investment project together. There's the occasional undertone to those scenes where some teens show up to yell about corporate stooges and the characters are like "damn kids today are mean for no reason :(" And I could not decipher the intent or politics of those moments for the life of me.
