This is one of the most unique games I've ever played. Solving puzzles in a non-euclidean space was mind-boggling, though there isn't much else. The game's purpose feels like showing off the technology, since puzzles themselves are not hard, the only hardship comes from its unique structure. Nevertheless, I still had fun and talking with the residents of this strange world was entertaining. It's also quite cheap, so give it a try if you want to play something strange (has 5-6 hours worth of gameplay).
From what I can tell this game seems to have been made as a teaching tool for Non-Euclidian space, and I assume it does a good job of it. I said I assume because after playing this game for an hour I couldn't wrap my head around it, but maybe if you're a big geometry buff, you'll get a lot out of it.
Unfortunately, Hyperbolica isn't really that good as a game. It's a pretty barebones puzzle game with a gimmick that isn't nearly as cool as you would think. If you're a big fan of non-euclidian geometry (because I know there are so many of those out there) you'll probably love this game, but for everyone else, don't bother. The robot designs are pretty cute tho.
