Maimai is an arcade rhythm game developed and distributed by Sega, in which the player interacts with objects on a touchscreen and executes dance-like movements. The game supports both single-player and multiplayer gameplay with up to 4 players.

IM GETTING BETTER AT THIS AND IT SLAPS
one half of the maimai experience is playing an unfamiliar new rhythm game and screwing up a bunch but having fun anyway as well as marvelling at the music selection, and the other half is having to take the machine that isn't occupied by a serious looking guy there on his own playing on the hardest difficulty, hitting the buttons really hard with expensive looking gloves who's kinda just hogging the machine
The only game where I can play Sonic and Touhou music at the same time (officially of course)
