DLC for Marvel's Avengers
The time to wrest control of the Cosmic Cube from Monica Rappaccini has come in the new Villain Sector mission “Beating the Odds.” But the weapon’s immense power has made her an even greater threat, requiring the Avengers to use their wits and heroic powers to defeat her solo or in teams of up to four players. This Villain Sector continues the storyline from Marvel’s Avengers Operation: Hawkeye - Future Imperfect and sets the stage for upcoming releases.

Oh wait, Hawkeye? Monica? Old Man Hawkeye? Oh, I see. You cut out the ending of Hawkeye's DLC Future Imperfect to add it later as new content. That's, good. Great job Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix.
Yes, we get a new villain sector that features Monica as the villain and yes, this mission feels a lot like an epilogue/final mission for Hawkeye's DLC. It isn't fantastic but it's ACTUALLY new content this time.
We ACTUALLY have new dialogues, we ACTUALLY have cutscenes. These are big improvements for Marvel's Avengers and it's live service journey. Is it good? Well, it's fine. It works. I played it, it was a bit difficult. I beat it, the final cutscene was interesting. And that was it.
I might recommend this to the fans who care about this game and it's story. I don't think you will love it, I think you will just enjoy it. For all others, wait for the new character drop. You can redownload the game at that point and quickly do this mission before the new character launches. This alone is not worth a redownload in my opinion.
