la musique d'intro du jeu est tellement mémorable

This game is not as awful as everyone says it is. It has a limited range of attack possibilities, following its structure of far-mid-close attacks, and has strange spikes in difficulty and grind. The music is good and the anime direct cutscenes are a nice touch. If this game had more development time, it could have been great. It's a mediocre game, but fans of the series might enjoy it.

Boring game, i just go tired of it

A horrifically balanced JRPG with a kind of intense grinding that was almost never fun. It has an incredibly boring way of recapping the story to the point where skipping every cutscene is justified if you already know the plot of the manga. I don't think I ever finished it but it doesn't really deserve anyone's time. I think in ways the battle system is kind of neat where you are sort of doing turn based real time combat with combos. Idk I haven't played this game in over 5 years. This game was annoying to get back then and might be expensive now but I don't know.

An average RPG pretty faithful to the original source material. The intro that plays as you boot up the game and the remastered cutscenes of various iconic moments were pretty cool. However, this game is the definition of mediocre, the areas in most parts of the game look dull and boring and the combat eventually gets stale after a while. Also, Jaya & Skypeia are missing in this game for some reason when pretty much every other pre-time skip arc is in this game. It's still a passable game for One Piece fans but there are much better RPGs and One Piece games out there.

I beat the original PSP release of this game, and it is absolute evil incarnate. The game is balance so fucking badly and has so many rollercoaster ups and downs of easy to abysmally unfair, but at it's core there's a very fun battle system and a unique portable anime rpg. Literally everything was improved in the 3DS version, so definitely play that instead but good lord. Expect to grind your face off way beyond what's expected of a typical RPG and to completely suffer at the end of the game
