amazing collection on one disc. has a plethora of visual/auditory artifacts that prevent it from being perfect

I played all of these when I was younger, but I bought this maybe a few years ago and it just completely reinvigorated my love for the series. greatest trilogy of games ever made, ever. I've already talked about my thoughts on the original a lot in my other reviews on the series, but the other two games really keep up the themes the original sets out whilst also majorly improving on the gameplay every time in such a crazy way. absolutely insane to me that these games were made one a year, genuinely don't know how how it's even possible to make games as good as these in such a short time. just play em, you gotta do it

It's a remaster of the greatest trilogy of games ever made. Unfortunately, it it just a remaster, and going from 5:4 to 16:9 seems to have made a lot of textures not look as good as it did. If all you have is a PS3, absolutely play it. but if you have the other games and a PS2, play that instead.

In hindsight, I wish I had played the PS2 originals. This collection has a lot of technical issues. I recall there being an issue with textures not loading and the wrong music track played for the final boss in the first game. It was very jarring. There are many other problems outside of those. It's unacceptable that this was never patched.

The games themselves are good.

First game in the trilogy got off with no problems at all...

However can't say the same for 2 & 3 have the whole lets not acknowledge the floating helmet that refuses to stay on Ratchet's head.
