I almost snapped my switch in half on world 4. It's not challenging, it's just unnecessarily hard.

A pretty good, if standard platformer. Aesthetically and musically it is phenomenal, and it does explore some lesser seen mechanics in platformers, including a fairly interesting boss fight mechanic based around the collectibles in the game

The main reason I abandoned it is due to a pretty steep difficulty spike in some of the water levels, and I grew tired of dying and being sent way back over and over. If difficulty was tweaked, or there were some easy skippable segments, I definitely would have finished it, but that specific level made me lose interest. Definitely play it if you can get access to it for free or cheap, and listen to the OST!

Visually Spinch is awesome. The controls were alright and Worlds 1-3 were fun...

World 4 is HOT ASS, terrible level design, the worst water physics I've ever experienced.

Feels good to control, all the levels past world one are miserable though.
I'd love to hear what the level designer of this game likes about platforming games cause these levels goes against anything I find fun.

Every new gimmick introduced per world just slows the game down and forces you to wait.

Unfair and full of glitches. I was at the end of the last level and died but instead of respawning me it decided to just play the death sound infinitely. Fuck Spinch and that stupid ass rainbow monkey.

An ok meatboy-esque 2d platformer. I got to the final world before a combination of crappy level design and bugs finally made me quit
