Pretty much exactly the same game as the original so it gets the same score. As a platformer it's mostly just ok but all the nods to the show help bump it up

I'm am fully convinced that my biggest problems with this game is because of the fact that I played it on Switch, but aside from that, I'm not feeling this one. Didn't help that I encountered two very unfun glitches on my first playthrough, and they pretty much colored the rest of the game for me.
I did get around to giving it another shot, and the gameplay and physics was easier to get the hang of and revisiting the worlds helped me endear myself to them better. But I can only call it either "good" or "decent", which in and of itself is a positive, but while I did get a bit into the gameplay and game design, I still had some problems with them. It feels too heavy to move the characters, and there's a lot of back-and-forth, but these very same designs were likely there in the original as well, so like I said above, I highly suspect it's because of the platform I played it on that spawned my issues. So let me repeat; do not play this on Nintendo Switch.
Now watch me play Cosmic Shake on Switch!

Its BFB but again, couldn't agree more!

Getting Platinum for this actually started driving me crazy

If your a Spongebob fan highly recommend it. It's a fun as hell platformer with so much creativity in each area.

absolutely fantastic remake of a childhood gem, had a blast playing through this.
