The controls work very poorly, unfortunately.
Pretty fun to screw around with.
Still surgeon simulator, but with better controls than IOS (they still suck though, it's the point of the game), but you lose a lot of content from Anniversary on PC so lower score you go!
Don't even attempt playing this with motion controls.
