A remake of The King of Fighters '94
In celebration of its 10th anniversary, SNK re-releases the title that started its most famous fighting game franchise: The King of Fighters '94. The remake smooths and upscales the original character sprites, includes completely new backgrounds with 3d elements, and adds the ability to edit the teams.

The best version of KOF94 to play honestly. Team editting is finally a thing. You can customize palettes, and you can do your ult with a single press of L2. Still not a fun KOF to play.
O começo daquilo que consagrou a franquia (De longe o pior TKOF que já joguei).
PROIBIDO PEGAR O RUGAL…literalmente já que infelizmente o maior problema do game é o fato de que todos os trios já são escolhidos automaticamente, ou seja, você não pode editar o seu trio e sim jogar com algum pré determinado que representa algum país do mundo (Isso é MUITO RUIM pois todo trio tem algum peso morto nele).
Também achei o jogo bem “engessado” no geral. Os especiais aqui são bem simples e bem complicados de serem feitos (Ouso dizer que é meio no aleatório mesmo) e isso torna o jogo meio igual ao decorrer da gameplay.
Pra complicar mais pro jogador o nível da máquina é muito bom (Mesmo nos níveis mais baixos da CPU a máquina realmente desafia bem as habilidades do player).
De destaque cito os cenários das lutas e a trilha sonora do jogo que é ABSURDA. Também é legal a história mesmo que seja background.
Rugal de Boss é complicado.

I guess you could do worse, and having the arranged OST is fine, but the higher detailed sprites needed a lot more revisions. They don't look that well with the original choppy animation, everyone's skin looks so saturated and shiny in comparison with the more naturally lit backgrounds, and the sprite details seem unnaturally rounded.
Cool oddity, but I don't think there's a reason to play it nowadays having wide access to the original version through the ACA NeoGeo Archives (or the sequels)

It's just the good and old clunky KOF 94 but with ugly 3D backgrounds.
This is pretty much KOF 94.
But this time it's more a love letter to fans of the series.
The stages are filled to the brim with cameos. The stages are almost completely new. The music is excellent.
The sprites are questionable, and it's not completely up to snuff visually.
But if you're a KOF fan, this version of 94 is worth playing. It even has OG 94 as a bonus and movies summing up the sagas!
