A pretty standard RPG. Nothing special about it, in my opinion. I was pretty close to the ending from what I could tell, but I decided to turn it in for a couple of reasons.

First, the combat was pretty boring/uninteresting. There were barely any moves in your skills that actually damaged the enemy, no type chart or anything, so you were mostly just spamming enter/using the basic attack. And it's a time-based turn system so the combat felt really slow. And unlike other timer-based RPG Maker games (OFF comes to mind) the battle screen and enemies are pretty bland and not interesting enough to make up for it. The enemies were visible on screen in the overworld, and they moved slow enough that it was easy to avoid them, but specifically in the mines, it was really easy to get pinned in a situation where you had to battle through multiple troops just to be able to leave.

Next, the layout of the map was pretty confusing and I couldn't figure out where I needed to go. I was also a bit peeved that the 'key items' we needed to collect to fix the ship (the main goal of the game) were not only mixed in with all the regular items, but existed in a larger quantity than needed.

The art is also kind of strange, some of the sprites are unshaded in a way that looks incomplete, and it mixes in a lot of HD (or quasi-HD) VFX and particles that really clash with the pixel art.

But it's playable. Music is nice. It's fine to check out for an hour or so.
