For a Fan project this game comes pretty close to perfection and Xenoverse is also the only one I could ever bother to finish (beat Champion). The new mons are well designed and fun to use, the new "gimmick" is also not annoying or weird like e.g. Z-moves.

The story and characters aren't outstanding, but better than in most Pokemon games. The writing is pretty solid and I was satisfied with how everything concluded. There are also some fun easter eggs for long-time Pokémon fans.

I do appreciate the love and care that went into this game and the post-game still has a lot to offer, especially if you want a little bit of a more challenging experience. There is a total of 5 DLC, although I can't say much about their length, I will probably come back to them at a later time, cause some grinding is needed.

Overall I'd say this game is very worth it if you want a complete and balanced fangame experience with good Fakémons, a good story and a well designed region to explore.

Idk man, it's so hard for me to enjoy these RPG Maker Pokémon fan games, for whatever reason.

Italian Pokémon fans waited years for this, and we've been told that we were finally gonna get a mature story in a Pokémon game. Lmao that absolutely wasn't the case. It's overall just an average Pokémon game with some cute stuff in the post-game

Surprisingly good for a fan game. Better then many more recent official Pokémon games. The region lacks identity and like many fan games with new Pokémon they made up are very hit or miss (mostly miss IMO). It has a better story then official games but that's a low bar to pass and that's not to say I think it that good, just passable. Its very good in regards to the variety of Pokémon available and although i said before I felt the fakemon were mostly misses there are a few that stand out and the X versions of existing Pokémon tend to consistently be really cool designs.

Think of the many games to surprise me this year, this was definitely one of the biggest. I'm very picky when it comes to fan projects, especially Pokemon ones, I feel like despite the large appeal that the series has, a lot of people fail to understand what makes the series work. It is why a lot of the best fan projects for this series are oftentimes, the ROM hacks, that expand upon the base game in new ways that could really only be done by fans.

So to have a genuinely high quality Black/White styled fan game with a ton of incredibly designed Fake-mons, that retains a lot of the series appeal while being able to be something that could only work as a fan-project kind of blows my mind. I'm going to champion this game, I feel like I've been in the dump with this series for like five years now, and to have a game like this really make me remember why I enjoy this series so much after seeing how lackluster the sinnoh remakes were, really was eye-opening. I didn't know Pokemon fan-games could be this high quality now, and even if there are certainly kinks whether it be with RPG Maker's engine, or some game design decisions that were present in other mainline Pokemon games, I'm just stunned. It was a blast from start to finish, and it honestly felt like playing a new generation of Pokemon for the first time. Highly understand if you're skeptical, but I think this game deserves loads of attention, it is just a treat.

this is the best pokemon game ever played
