Fun game, very addictive
An absolutely top tier sports AND simulation game, it manages to be extremely deep and varied (there are thousands of teams, each one is different, and even with the same team there are multiple variables) while also capturing the essence of the sport it’s trying to simulate much better than any other game I’ve played. It would probably get 5 stars if it didn’t required that much work to start a new game after a prolonged absence doing things that aren’t fun just to have an optimal experience, such as messing with the training schedules and stuff. Spending six hours trying to find the perfect wonderkid for your recently promoted club, or changing the tactics in your fifth season right when you got the specific kind of players you wanted? A fucking joy. Hiring new staff members and finicking with some obtuse systems in the preseason to improve everyone’s form and to get your young players to actually become decent? A chore.

Tudo que um jogador de FM curte, parte dos treinamentos poderia ser mais interessante e otimizada.
Un poco más de lo mismo que todos los años, lo cual está perfecto. Posiblemente, el mejor juego de gestión deportiva que existe y, quizá, el mejor juego sobre fútbol que se puede jugar hoy en día.
En lo relativo a la edición de 2022, no aporta nada nuevo a lo que ya venían haciendo sus predecesoras más allá de tener las plantillas actualizadas y que la versión de Xbox Series X (y todas las consolas, creo) soportan temporadas con hasta 10 equipos (5 anteriormente), que creo que se implementó en este título.
Recomendable pero siempre sabiendo a que te vas a exponer. Es un juego bastante pasivo.

I played FM22 when it was released for free and it didn't take long to realise it was worse than FM19 which I already owned. The user experience design of Football Manager has taken a shocking downturn. This is ultimately a spreadsheet simulator with a theme, but SI have designed all the menus and screens to look thematic - while being significantly less practical to use.

I've always loved the strategical / office side of football, I have spent more than 2000 hours in FM 22 and I don't get tired. Love the depth and love learning more and more about possible tactics everytime I play.
