Another piece of art from Fromsoftware and works perfectly as the ending sequel of this series. The only downside, is that the map is almost 100% linear, unlike Dark Souls 1.
Come on man. The final boss, in the final area, of the final DLC, for the final Dark Souls game, has his final words as "Is this the blood? The blood of the dark soul?". Topping off the greatest boss, in the greatest game, of the greatest trilogy of games ever? Look at me and tell me this isn't greatest game ever made.
Near perfection as far as I’m concerned. Some of the absolute best boss fights I’ve experienced and the true pinnacle of the Dark Souls trilogy. While I prefer Bloodborne and Sekiro, Dark Souls 3 is an experience I will never forget.

I have a hard time deciding if this or DS1 is my favorite game in the series, but gameplay wise this is better in every way. I enjoyed every single hour of this game, played through it multiple times and did everything, it's just so smooth and fun and so nostalgic when you reach places like Anor Londo. One of my favorite games of all time and a perfect ending for the trilogy.

From the world the developers created to the insane shit you see when playing pvp, this is the best souls game IMO.
Along with the Ringed City DLC, probably the greatest conclusion to a game series I've ever played. It's got the best boss design, weapons, and DLC in the entire trilogy with some callbacks from the previous two games lumped in. Even the poison swamp level in this game is surprisingly enjoyable.
The only criticism I have with this game was how bad the first 1/4 of this game was. You weren't really challenged as a player until maybe Abyss Watchers but even then if you were a veteran of the Souls series, it didn't take you more than five tries. I also think 100% achievements for this game is awful because of covenant grinding lol I do not recommend 100%ing this game.

An epic sendoff to one of the greatest trilogies of all time (my number 1) must have DLC's that enhance the story and contain the best boss fights in the entire series.

Dark Souls III is a masterpiece. Both of the other games in the trilogy were masterpieces too (even II, which I’ve softened on quite a bit), but Dark Souls III is the polished jewel, the completed masterpiece, the closest thing I think we’ll ever get to a perfect soulslike. The gameplay is tuned to perfection, every weapon and animation feeling perfect, the story is probably the least obscure of the whole trilogy, but still compelling, and the atmosphere is at its bleakest and most rich. I definitely think you need to have played the other games to get the most out of it - so many calls back to the previous games right the way to the final boss - but it’s worth it. Every bit of difficulty in the trilogy was worth it for the raw catharsis of finishing this game. Can’t recommend it enough.

ds3 is definitely my favroite gameplay wise better in every way. I enjoyed every single hour of this game, beated every boss from the orignial game and dlc, and trying dif weapons

Played this with a friend that hard carried me through the whole thing. After I finished we helped another buddy through the whole game too. Don't think he swung his sword more than 20-30 times through the whole game
Lindo jogo. Gameplay pós bloodborne é incrível, tão fluido e rápido que da gosto, jogo e os bosses passam voando. Amei a estética e todo o role meta desse jogo de literalmente reviver antigos personagens e concluir toda a história da trilogia.
As também DLCs são ótimas (por mais que comparando com as dos outros jogos seja e menos melhor). Gael, Midir e Friede foram alguma coisa.

conclusão da triologia souls, tem um final muito foda pra história e consegue ser um jogo extremamente divertido, é argumentável que ele tem os melhores chefes dentre os jogos da fromsoftware (pau a pau com bloodborne e outros), ele pega muitos personagens antigos e os re-apresenta durante a progressão dos mapas (o que pode ser um ponto negativo dependendo da pessoa) e vai mostrando como o universo do jogo se desenrolou após os outros dois jogos, vale muito a pena jogar (mas pegue isso em promoção, caro pra krl).
O jogo que fez eu me interessar pela série e subgênero como um todo. Simplesmente nunca joguei jogo com gameplay mais responsiva e bossfights tão bem feitas. A lore e atmosfera dão uma ótima temperada na experiência.
