There's no real reason to play this game longer than an hour because every other arena shooter is better
It's the second-best death match I have ever played. Half-Life is a good franchise and I'm glad Valve released it. This game has the gunplay of Half-Life and puts you up against other players just wait for a sale before buying it.

When u turn on the game and search for servers it has none with players. Then u might get lucky when u enter an empty server and u could find another player who joined. that's how it works. Nothing else. But still i enjoy it even if i ahve one enemy

Really fun game, but no one ever plays it online which is sad (theres like 10 people who are active)
I do not care for this game at all. It is supposed to be just you running around a server and killing other players with no other objective in mind. You can do the exact same thing but more fun in gmod and gmod offers more to do than just that.
That may have been what it started out as, but no there is no one playing it at all. I got this game in a bundle and just wanted to see what it was and there was quite literally about 5 people in servers total. I joined one with one other person and it was just us running around killing each other for 8 minutes before I got bored enough to quit. Again, you could do this in gmod and there would be actual people to play with.

"A Dead Game That Had No Fun Times To Be Had"
I tried this title out hoping it would be as fun as "Half-Life 2: Deathmatch", but I was sorely mistaken. There was really only one somewhat active server, and it only had less than five players. The shooting felt poor (attributed to "Half-Life: Source" itself), and the hit detection was extremely spotty. Nothing remarkable can really be said about this game, other than that its really old, really unpopulated, and really bad.
Final Verdict: 1/10 (Terrible)

I'd rather go into the original game's deathmatch. The source version is inferior anyways.
was just playing with friends in a public lobby and checked recently played with afterwards and there was a dude who had 93,000 fucking hours on this game
Fun experience with friends.

This game spontaneously appeared in my steam library in 2016 without me ever having bought it, I don't even own half-life source.
