Simplesmente O JOGO DA MINHA VIDA, NÃO JOGUEI NADA MAIS MARCANTE, EMOCINANTE, TRISTE, ALEGRE, DIVERTIDO, DESAFIANTE, APAIXONANTE DO QUE ESSE JOGO, NA MINHA OPNIÃO É O GREATES´T OF ALL TIME

played it when i was in the womb peak fiction

I'm not particularly good at shooting games. I didn't enjoy this game when I played it as a kid because all of my friends kicked my ass in multiplayer whenever we played together. I doubt I'd have a much better time playing today, but in the end, I can hear the score in my head almost on command. This score isn't representative of my experience, but it is a salute to an icon in gaming.

An adequate end to the series. Nothing in particular really stuck with me gameplay or story-wise.

the only actual enjoyment i get out of this series is reading about the insane development cycles where people sacrificed their health, marriages, pets, relationships with newborn children, and grip on reality to sleep under their desks in an un-air conditioned bellevue office in the summertime and finish a game where a purple computer lady tells a space marine which hallway to walk down for deadlines dictated by burger king tie-ins, and this one doesn't even have that going for it. i understand that the multiplayer is what really made this thing the juggernaut that it is, but i feel like a lot of people have great affection for the campaign as well and i just can't see it, even if i squint and pretend it's 2007 (i was 48 years old)

The game that changed my life as a kid. Dunno where I'd be if I never played this masterpiece.

Even better or at least on par with Halo 2 imo.
The story is addmitedly is nothing special, but I mostly chalk that up to this essentially being "Halo 2: Part 2". Besides, the good story bits are really damn good, especially Cortana reuniting with Master Chief near the end. The gameplay and levels are as fun as ever, tho I do wish Arbiter was actually playable again instead of being relegated to an NPC. Loved the setpieces, felt a bit more bombastic than the first two. Music kicks ass, love the use of the main Halo theme.
TLDR: game is great, a very nice end to the original trilogy.

mt dew cans, doritos taco, curtains closed as always (for maximum eye sight), dick in my hand, jerking off while i tbag the guy who called my mom a whore after i jumpshotted him (yes, him) with my sniper rifle, tranquility, peace, for those 30 good seconds before my inevitable death by a puma (no its not a warthog, you uncultured swine) running over me, life is good

Story writing worse than 2 and 1

My friend didn't download Halo 2 so we played this instead and I gotta say, it was really good...

Favorite game, played the Most when I was a Child

Al igual que Halo 2 este es igual de bueno y cierra la historia de el 2. Y para mi es el que tiene más momentos memorables tiene, desde su campaña como su online muy bueno y tan explotable.

The last level warthog run is something I often think about

second half to the greatest game ever made. not even joking man this shit is immensely good.

Did an all-nighter with my friend in college to play through the entire campaign on Legendary. Good memory. Great game.

Love you thank you for everything

A huge blockbuster in every way. The amazing lead up trailers / ads / hype. The payoff story finale. The revolutionary MP gameplay. Mastapiece.

The original Halo trilogy is in the same ballpark as the first three Metal Gear Solid games for me. Somehow, Bungie managed to do it. They created three of the best games ever made. No notes. Play them.

halo 2 is amazing but it really does feel like the build up to a lot of interesting stuff that doesn't always get a lot of payoff because of it ending on a massive cliffhanger, but halo 3 just improves on so much from 2 and has the amazing payoff that I wanted and I would've been satisfied with halo ending with this game, the final cutscene of the game still gets me emotional not just because of the music, but because of everything that led up to it and the amazing experience of the entire og halo trilogy, my personal favorite halo game

Quite possibly the greatest game of all time.

I remember thoroughly enjoying this game. Due a replay soon.

After 15 years, it is still the greatest FPS ever made.

best game in the series no debate

Not much to say about this game which hasn't already been said. I mean if you own a 360, likely you will have played Halo 3. What's nice about Halo 3 is that even after all these year, with the multiplayer servers now shut down, it is still a great campaign and it really holds up well. The campaign is an excellent 8 hour romp through a variety of interesting environments with all the things you expect from a halo game. Excellent controls, a wide variety of useful weapons, wonderful enemy design and some of the smoothest gameplay you will see on the console. For some, Halo 3 is the last of the mainline Halo games, with Bungie passing on developing duties to 343 studios for Halo 4. I think this speaks as much to the quality of the previous Halo games as it does the issues with 4, and there's two main areas for me where this is really apparent. For a start its the music and sound effects. The new tracks in Halo 3 are great and really fit the mood of the series. Ending the game with another Warthog run, with the original Halo music was also a wonderful choice and has brought the series full circle. Secondly, the game has a great story. Not only does it actually make sense, it's also interesting. You get to know the characters and their intentions better. There's a couple of nice surprise moments towards the end too. Of course there are a few things I would change about the game. There are points where it is a bit difficult to figure out what the game wants you to do next and I did find some of the skulls a bit too difficult to find (I can't grenade jump, sorry). But that feeling when you finally get through the difficult section of a level on the hardest difficulty is still just as good as ever, and is what makes the game great. Of course you need this one!

Phenomenal campaign. Wraps up the trilogy perfectly and answers a lot of questions. Prophet of Truth could've been handled better. The Flood were actually fun to fight this time around. Open sandbox level design returns. Lots of fun callbacks to CE. Best multiplayer in the series hands down. Yes, better than Reach. Valhalla will forever be a fan favorite. This game is up there with Halo CE as my favorite Halo game of all time. Bungie cooked.
