game is very alright. its a good time but there are better games in the genre you could play. also, the spider mens stories do not merge into each other at all, feels like 4 separate stories. also the noir levels are terrible

noir vulture made me feel things i never knew i could feel

Dimensions has so much potential with such a great concept. You play as 4 different Spider-Men all containing some gameplay variety. The story was minimal overall. I would of liked a stronger story to make me feel more invested in the game as the finale for the story did tie up well but had paper thin material to work off.
The levels are linear and I did find for each Spider-Man to have very similar look and feel (except for Nior Spider-Man) making the game feel repetitive. There was different objectives within the large levels but with a weak storyline it feels more like a checklist then anything else.
The bosses in the game were great, they all had a unique mechanics, different phases along with being well balanced to figure out their attack patterns. But no enemy is as strong as the crazy camera. You seem to wrestle with the camera in some parts of the game, especially in climbing walls.
There is alot to say, while doing 18 level, but in short, the game was very average as it seems to be lacking immersion.
The game on normal took me about 12 hours to beat as I was looking for collectable for upgrades. Given the price of this game I would recommend getting the Batman games as they are better and cheaper.

Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions is a level-based game , where you play as 4 different versions of Spider-Man ( The Amazing, Noir, 2099, and Ultimate )
I really liked this one better than Edge of Time, its more arcadey. The level design was cool, 4 versions of Spider-Man, each one with their own gameplay and every level had a unique boss fight and unique feeling.

third favorite spiderman game of all time

Didn't enjoy it as much as I did when I played it a couple years ago, but it's still fun overall!
The gameplay is nice although it's not very responsive sometimes, specially when facing multiple enemies in a smaller area. It gets repetitive after a while but since the game isn't very long you never get really bored of it. The Noir levels are more stealth based so that changes the gameplay a bit but the other 3 Spider-Men levels are more action oriented.
The story is fun! Each Spider-man has its bit of own story although none are really well developed so there's enough focus on the 4 of them. They're okay.
The levels have their own unique aesthetic, the game has aged really well in terms of visuals! They do feel a bit repetitive after a while since there's a not a lot of objectives variety.
Overall, it's a fun Spider-Man game!

The most fun part of this game was getting to see the bosses and their different phases. However everything leading up to those fights just felt like a chore.

Replayed this recently and there's a lot to love about it. The art style is really good, the music is surprisingly decent and has memorable tunes. The four Spider-Men all feel fun to control and Ultimate and Noir are the clear highlights of the game. There's nothing more badass than playing as an edgy Spider-Man beating up an old man who's also a god damn cannibal. That's rad as hell.

However the combat is a bit underwhelming, there really should have been more combos and fun moves to pull off but there really isn't a whole lot of moves to do. The air combat especially is very limited. And the enemies can sometimes be really annoying and extremely tedious, you can tell in the later half of the game that they ran out of unique enemy types and start repurposing them into different models.

This game is a fun time but it feels really undercooked.

This game was awesome. 4 playable spider men all unique from each other. What more do you want.

Miguel aqui n é bombado nem emo

Esse marcou a minha infacia e me mostrou meu homem aranha favorito vulgo noir

I want to replay this game so bad but Activision wiped any trace of it from the face of the earth.

4 playable protag with individual campaigns pretty chill

i am so unbelievably biased to this game since i played it so much as a kid but oh my god is it so much fun to revisit and it is just a fun game to boot up and play for a few hours again

Really fun seeing these characters in something that came out before the spider-verse was a mainstream concept. Love how differently the 4 spider-men play and there are some really cool original takes on classic villains.

Unfortunately there are a few flaws with the game, namely the extreme jank. Each button has multiple actions depending on a few conditions. The right trigger is both web-zip and web swing which, combined with the extremely awkward targeting makes movement a chore. The circle button is the grab button, but depending on which object/enemy the game decides you are locked onto combined with the distance changes function between the environmental object throw, a close up enemy grab, or the web strike and its not always clear which. The game is also pretty buggy in my experience, especially the goblin level. After playing this I have a new respect for the insomniac games' controls and how the game almost always responds exactly how you would expect it to, because it clearly is not easy to pull off.

A good spider time, also Mysterio is my favorite spider-man villain so that helps

aranha verso existe por causa desse jogo!

"Holy crap that was legen...wait for it...dary!"-Barney Stinson Spider-Man after ganging up with 3 other Spider-Men to beat a guy with a fishbowl head to a bloody pulp

Great game, it introduced me to other cool versions of Spider-Man. It even lets you play as Ultimate Spider-Man from the ps2 game but this time even cooler. I also like that fact that they used part of Spider-Man 2099's theme from this game and added it to the Spider-verse. The great part of this game are the wide of array of villains and their alternate versions.

All missions are about the same, chase the main villain and fight them in between and at the end of the mission. Beat up bad guys and save hostages. Still a very fun game! End of act 2 and act 3 are my favorite missions.
