Honestly I don't see the appeal at all

This god damn game :D A friend of mine thought this game was super amazing and played it all the time, I really can't understand why. And hey, I tried it again and again....for a whole 20 minutes :D Every single time playing the game I get a headache after 30 seconds of gameplay at the latest.

one day science will invent another shape

Don't show this game to Markiplier (he tends to flipping rage)

HOLY SHIT I FINALLY GOT 60 SECONDS ON EVERY LEVEL, I'M FREE. YOUR HEXAGONAL TRAP CAN NO LONGER CONTAIN ME TERRY CAVANAGH YOU GAME DESIGN MADMAN

Adictivo, desafiante y buen soundtrack, perfecto.

Too tough to pass the harder levels, but very satisfying to finally be able to complete the first two levels. A bit disorienting at first, but can definitely get into the zone and enjoy the music.

Simple but also absurdly hard. There's not much to do in it but it's great.

it's quite fun but after 100%'ing the game I lacked the will to play much more. the game becomes easier to understand as you start noticing the patterns, a couple felt a bit unfair sometimes but you get the hang of them eventually. the "ascension" at 60 seconds is a neat idea but I just wish there was the option to start from that point

started playing this again for the first time since high school. i remembered being able to pass the first two levels and getting stuck on the third before giving up, so i made it a goal to finally beat hexagonest and i did! crazy how big the jump in difficulty is for that one, first two i got basically immediately and hexagonest took me like seven sessions of trying and failing.

wonderful...

That ending after hyper hexagonest is so raw

You can play this game with one hand, that means you can have the phone on the other in case you get a seizure (which is very possible playing this)

i have 41 hours in this for some reason

A rather simple game at first glance, but already from the first level, it turns into a test of the player’s vestibular system a couple of moments later. The formula of the game is the simplest, you are an arrow that moves from right to left or vice versa around the hexagon (regular hexagon) bypassing the walls. This game is indistinguishable from a simple flash game made by some indie developer in a hurry, but when you realize how divine the sound design, effects, and various obstacles are, although there are not many levels, only 3 (plus one secret shhh), they differ in complexity and variety, starting over after death the level is updated and you don’t know what awaits you next. Visually, everything looks beautiful, but sometimes, at the last levels, the eyes turn into states of fried meat. The game forces you to learn from your own losses, and repeat, repeat all over again...

Game Over, Agian?

Game Over, Agian?

This game made me better at videogames I think. Its hard as hell and probably gave me eye damage.

Beating it is SO satisfying though.

i bashed my head into my desk so many times

Fellas if your girl:

-transports you right into the Porygon episode
-gives you migraines the likes of which have yet to be named
-Is spinning like its a fckin circus (where you are the clown for engaging with it)
-Has your will to live hexaGONE

Then that shouldnt be your girl, tell her to pack her bags.

ok like it does do what it set out to do just fine, but theres not much to it.

i'm deeply convinced that majority of gamers are actually masochists too shy to admit it

Great music, simple fun. Currently done with 5/6 levels.

October 14, 2023: Finished the last level. FINALLY I CAN UNINSTALL IT.
