sería 5* si la historia la hubiera escrito alguien con más de 10 años

¿Te gustan las idols?, no, en serio, ¿te gustan las idols? Pues si eres fan de los RPGs y las idols, este juego es para ti al 100%

How do guys combine two of my favorite franchises and make such a bad game? The game itself is a normal, very easy SMT. The biggest problem is the story, which isn't the best. Pizza and hot dogs are very tasty, but if you throwing one on top of the other doesn't work well

surprisingly fun gameplay with the most grating story and characters I've come across. Also no quest log so you have to listen.

At it's best its baby's first Person at it's worst it's fan fiction but honestly it's still kinda fun and the idea despite everything is pretty original despite it being impossible to understand at some points, true final boss was peak "oh you're gonna level up and unlock a new form? well I'm also gonna level up and unlock a new form that is even better than yours".

I went into this game completely blind only going off of what friends had to say about it. After finally taking the plunge myself and getting the game I can say without a doubt, this is one of my all time favorite JRPGs. I had no problems with literally anything here, this game was a 40 hour long journey and everything kept me engaged and interested. All the main characters in this game are so damn good and well developed that I care for all of them, it's rare when you find a JRPG where you care about EVERY main character. The last game I can think of is Xenoblade 3. This games OST is so fucking BALLER man, I'm not an idol person nor did I ever care about that kind of stuff but this game made me love all the performances and songs being sung.
Shoutout to my girl Kiria who sings Reincarnation, the song that basically got me interested in this game, and is also the best character in the game both personality and battle wise. Plus I love her :)

I got this game on Christmas and the more I kept playing the more I was invested in this world and its characters. I was so pleasantly surprised with just how much fun I was having. This game sort of taught me that I do, in a way, like fire emblem, but the main problem I have with that series is not so much the characters or the story, but the gameplay. I'm not a tactical RPG person, and i've experimented with enough fire emblem games to know this series just aint for me. Since i'm someone who values gameplay over anything else, that makes it difficult for me to be invested in these worlds and games when I just don't vibe with the gameplay. This games gameplay tho is so fucking fun especially once you understand how it works under the hood. The amount of session combos you can get is pure ecstasy. I never once had any issue with any of the bosses or difficulty because if anything the game actually gets easier the more you play and unlock more and more characters to continue the session combos, which are this games whole gimmick. Couple it in with both Fire Emblem weapon trees and Shin Megami Tensei's signature combat and you have a recipe for a good ass game. Legit I would just stay and grind for hours because of how fun this game is.

So would I recommend this game to anyone who hasn't played it? Not really, as much as I love this game I can see it not being everyones thing, you sort of have to be familiar with both SMT and Fire Emblem enough to really give it a shot, more so SMT. Still though even if 2024 just started this is one of the best games i've played this year and you know if they somehow for whatever reason announce a Tokyo Mirage Sessions sequel in a Nintendo Direct sometime in the future, you bet your ass I'll be there no matter what.
Fucking phenomenal game.

Stylish and melodramatic shin megami tensei aesthetics thrown in the fire emblem mosaic. The artistry and performance motifs create the imagery of the game, that has a bunch of great ideas that are truly hard to put into practice. Mamori is a run saver and Ellie is broken. The difficulty doesn't matter, hard is normal, normal is easy, easy is a visual novel. Overthink and have fun calculating the sessions that will do most damage; underthink and have fun seeing the bright colors and fun pop melodies.

I can say with full confidence that this is my favorite game of all time and it's a great rerelease of the Wii u version. I enjoy the music, the characters, and the questionable localization that came along with this game, I skipped my finals to buy this game day 1 when it released and I've been doing a run at least every year since. The characters are adorable and I love how they sound and look. When I went to Japan I made it my mission to find a Japanese copy of this game and it's soundtrack I love them so much

El sueño húmedo de los fans de Fire Emblem y de los Persona (no vamos a entrar en si les gusta más o menos que el grooming)

It might be hard to find any Fire Emblem or Shin Megami Tensei in this crossover, but FE and SMT fans haven’t liked any of their games for the past 15 years, so that’s probably for the best.

Es absurdo que me dejase este juegazo a medias. Posiblemente le mejor sistema de combate por turnos que he visto junto a los de Bravely Default/Octopath Traveler. La trama, a pesar de ser una parida, acaba tenido su aquel y los pj son un 10

Game was really fun. Combat was fire. The story was ok and I did find myself really enjoying the characters. Lowkey kinda wish we'd get another game like this

Whilst I enjoyed the core gameplay of this, the story was uninteresting to the point where I would just let the dialogue run on auto while I zoned out and did something else.

The game looks great, I actually quite liked the interface as well. Nice clean and shiny menus. Good battle mechanics and that. But I simply do not care about a bunch of mopey teens training to become pop stars.

If there was as much emphasis on the gameplay as the story in the first few hours, I'd probably have stuck with it a bit longer. But 20 minute conversations about trivial bullshit and idiot teens was too much for me.

Very fun combat. Unfair random savage enemy encounters, silly story and setting. I had fun.

It was interesting and pretty fun but that Shin Megami/Fire Emblem crossover was pretty lacking.

Also annoyed that there was still no dub and the removed content/censorship stayed.

This was an amazingly fun atlus game with dungeon crawling that felt reminsecent of the later persona games with a new cast member joining each chapter and having a new dungeon to conquer as well, but the ties to Fire Emblem were so second thought and feeling that even the special costumes you can unlock are Atlus properties not Fire Emblem. When they start singing about Fire Emblem in the finale I fucking cackled because it felt so forced like "oh shit this is a cross over. Make the protagonist look like Marth and lets fight a dragon or whatever."

It is what you expect from a Fire Emblem plot, but with idols, literally half (all friendly mirages) of the cast has amnesia in the first chapters of the game. There's also a mind control plot. Literally cannot win, everybody needs dumb shit happening to their brains apparently. Combat is entirely dedicated to a combo system that gets boring real fast, and its either too easy or suddenly bosses do all of your health in one hit, so you need to grind until its easy again.

Shut up I love this game. Having the ability for every party member to feel like they are part of a fight is such a game changer, even non-controllable units. The dungeon design is good, better than most of the Persona games. Combat is pretty fun and getting like 15 hit combos off one attack is satisfying. Characters are hit or miss. Love this Kingdom Hearts ass title.

"Oh joker from persona 5 costume thats cool" WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING IM SORRY WHO THE FUCK IS MEDEUS ???? WHY IS HE DRESSED LIKE THAT WHY DOES HE HAVE A MOTORCYCLE ??????? WHAT THE FUCK IS oh hi tiki :)

Peak I don't fucking know what's going on

This game uses the same cat sound effects as Shenmue 1.

Pros:
- Combat is fun, sessions was a unique and fun mechanic
- Enjoyed playing as all the cast members
- Lots of costumes to collect
- The upgrade systems for weapons, skills, and other mechanics is really good

Cons:
- Little to no quality of life across most aspects of the game
- Lots of wasted time in menus, battle, questing, traversing
- No way to check sidequests
- The game drags on a little too long and without the QoL it starts to feel like a drag
- Combat isn't particularly well balanced, on hard either feel too strong or too weak. Which is a shame because the few battles that they got right were lots of fun

Overall:
A fun, lighthearted JRPG to play on the switch. The story is uplifting and lightweight, the characters are interesting enough and the gameplay is decent for a relative of SMT. The only real downsides are the lack of quality of life features, and the way the game drags in most aspects; story, dungeons, travelling, etc. That being said the combat is fun, and I enjoyed the upgrade system. The music is nothing to write home about, especially from a game based around idols.

Fun game that tried to do something different with Sessions in the battle systems. No real complaints besides lack of fast travels and no instant skipping the sessions, they are numerous towards the end of the game.

It's a solid jpg if you like persona/smt battle mechanics. Characters were ok for most part. The story was kinda eh but that's alright.

As a fire emblem and smt fan i actually enojoyed this game quite a bit. Its basically a very beginner friendly SMT spinoff with some Fire Emblem characters and theming. On higher difficulties the combat can be challenging but is relatively simple and easy on normal especially if youve played an smt or persona game before. this isnt a very deep or well refined game and relies heavily on one being charmed by the kitschy jpop concept, which I was for the most part.

this game is SO fun and all the vibrant colors and music etc was such a breath of fresh air!! it's not perfect bc some of the character designs are questionable and its a bit tropey, but MAN i didnt expect to love so many of the characters like i did!! touma, eleanora, and yashiro my beloveds...

the ending credits also made me cry omg... itsuki finally singing a wholeass song like AAAAAA... but the final boss was way too easy sadly!!

This is such a weird doofy anime game. Getting this out of the way, if you were looking for a mashup of SMT and Fire Emblem, you'll be in for quite a shock when you see an extremely lighthearted RPG that centers around idol culture. It definitely has some elements from both series like the Sword-Spear-Axe rock-paper-scissors system and all the spell names from SMT plus a familiar turn based random battle gameplay that SMT is known for, but this story is really a beast all of its own. It's basically a pastiche of anime and follows so many tropes to a T. The characters are actually really likable and you get to know them a lot more than some SMT characters (cough cough Nocturne and SMT V). But for what those games lack in story and characters, they more than outclass Tokyo Mirage Sessions in an addicting gameplay loop and fun yet challenging battle system. Tokyo Mirage Sessions doesn't have a bad system at all, it's just kind of vanilla and battles usually play out the same until the final two chapters, that's when you got to really think about what you need to do reach turn which is pretty fun actually.
It's a relatively short experience for modern RPG standards (50 hours), but it doesn't overstay it's welcome and never takes itself too seriously. It's goofy, charming, and a fun JRPG experience.

Despite being the same game but with some added perks here and there, the side stories and new song addition add a fresh new vibe that I really enjoyed. Also taking into a fact what the original game already included, this game is still such a blast to go through! Fun battles, awesome music, can't get enough of TMS and I hope there is a 2nd game one day!

#TokyoMirageSession Finished. Well, a game that brings together SMT, and Fire Emblem with idols and performances had to be peculiar=atlus. The game is fine, it's not a marvel but it's interesting, cliched, cool combos and skills gameplay. I hate the 106 dungeon with all my being.
#TokyoMirageSession Terminado.

a combination of the best fire emblem and the best megami tensei

yeah, you can see where i'm going with this
