Finished World of Light. There isn't much in terms of single player content outside World of Light in comparison to Super Smash Bros for 3DS which has the surprisingly fun Smash Run as well as Brawl which has Subspace Emissary...if there was more single player stuff this woupd he the definitive smash bros game honestly

King K Rool makes this game perfect. The rest is cool too.

WE PLAY THIS GAME FOR MONEY

this game is perfect. bringing every character back was the perfect reveal and gimmick. i do think the new characters introduced were not as interesting as i would've hoped, but that doesnt matter when there are 80+ characters.

spirits are a fun way to acknowledge other series and i think their incorporation to the story mode is fun too :D !
i also love how like in brawl the story mode is just over the top and the bosses look like nothing else in the game thats silly.

the dlc characters are honestly perfect choices, and i love how this game got consistent updates for i think 5 years..

Outside of party settings or the occasional whim, I have largely left this game behind. I preordered this game and had my physical launch copy day and date. This was the most excited I ever was for a game to release, and it's not even close.

World of Light is actually really fun and well made. Except for the last part with the power struggle between Galeem and Dharkon.

This game is equal parts amazing and agonizing. I think the inclusion of so many characters is amazing (I popped off on my iPhone 4S as a kid when Pac-Man got announced for 4), but I think the online community that gathered around these reveals got worse and worse as time moved forward. I genuinly feel for those who did not get the guy or gal they wanted, especially considering I got Pyra/Mythra. I am still waiting on Dame Da Ne Guy tho. I think this game is a really fun game to play with friends and a shit game to play online with randoms. Also this one does have Steve so thats pretty crazy

If I speak I will be in a lot of trouble

I love hearing my friends scream in anger

smash criou um gênero de jogo e não foi atoa. é o melhor no que faz, e o Ultimate é o pico da franquia

It's not unforgettable, but it's fun and has an incredible gallery of characters, which is exactly what it sets out to be.

Not the greatest fan of fighting games but this is a good one

I played this game only for Kirby and Joker and I never ended up buying the DLC. Fighting games are not my thing but this is fun.

4 stars for Minecraft Steve. Minus 1 star because Elite Smash ruined my life.

Extremely good game for parties or short, quick plays.

Ça aurait été le meilleur jeu de plateform fighting game si Nintendo ne voulait pas tuer leurs jeux. Entre amis, ce jeu est bien trop fun, le online est injouable et pour s'y mettre sérieusement en 2024. Il va falloir suer

Good roster, wish it was less floaty and a bit more broken

Where do I even begin with how much I love this game. Despite not playing online, I can burn hours just fighting random spirits in spirit board. And the roster is perfect, wouldn't change a thing. Music library is stellar. Plus it's what got me into Kid Icarus and Fire Emblem, which is cool!

Mi juego favorito de peleas sin duda, pero aprender a jugar bien es demasiado complicado y el online es como pegarse de cabezazos contra un muro en el que el muro te folla todo el rato y no sabes que hacer para mejorar

I see Ultimate as an "Avengers: Endgame" of sorts: The culmination of a franchise, every single character is here, the massive amount of hype it created and the high expectations that are for the most part me. It all ends up leaving you with a "Where the hell are they gonna go from here now?" type of thought and just like the MCU after Endgame, the room is potentially pretty open for dissapointment.
