Ummmm so this was a game. Loved the concept of twin assassins and making your own gang and the train but those were only the cool parts of this game everything else was meh. Can’t remember the story for the life of me but it must’ve not been all that. After this game they stopped releasing games every year and came back with origins a few years later so I can’t say if it was a good comeback but odyssey was amazing so hey.

Platinum #104 I thought the setting was intriguing as I do like a bit of Victorian England, but it's kinda just mid. I came across a fair amount of bugs, characters not loading into cutscenes properly, police with spiderman powers, etc.
Overall its kinda just mediocre at best and the platinum wasnt too much of a pain either just a colllectathon as it is with most Ubi games.

messy game feels very of the time as well
i have no desire to came back to this

bad game no chimney sweeping mini game

you know, maybe it's just because unlike unity this game actually works most of the time, but i liked this a lot more than i did last time

How are there so many of these games they're so boring

Pretty fun romp through 1868 London. I even managed to beat the game with level 1 Jacob and level 2 Evie (the game forces one of the twins to go level 2) and minimal upgrades

It's decent, but not as well received like Black Flag or AC 2.

E ah, a DLC do jogo, do Jack, o Estripador, é excelente!

Twins making terrible life decisions

Was one of the best in the series to start, but the more I played, the more problems I ran into (even more than Unity).

The map is pretty cool in this one because it's London but story and gameplay-wise it's so mid like every other Assassin's Creed

underrated as fuck, jacob and evie are amazing (but I'm biased cause I'm a twin) london is beautiful, having your hideout in a moving train is so fucking fun?? love it

For me, the best Assassin's Creed game of all time (tied with Black Flag). I'll admit maybe it's because of my passion for the industrial revolution era, but still, really loved this game.

Unity.

Main Missions were nice but the Side Missions really were boring

Sometimes fun sometimes not. Parkour has been downgraded and London isn't as pretty as Paris or as detailed. It's a passable game but I can see why this stopped being a yearly franchise after this, the music is great though.

This is the second best assassin's creed i swear to fuck oi mate whe's my tea and 'isquits with e queen

I think this is probably the best Assassin's Creed game overall

For me, the best assassin's creed series game so far. I liked the atmosphere, the story and I was looking for every collectible, maybe someday I'll come back and improve the synchronization to 100% but so far I'm continuing the whole series

A solid evolution of the Assassin's Creed formula with a cool twist. A solid story (although not unique). And really engaging characters, world, and combat.
I played this entirely on Steam Deck. I completed the campaign and most of the side activities (currently at 71% total synchronization). It had some performance issues, even on Proton Experimental, causing crashes ever hour or so and needing to limit the framerate to 30fps. I also had issues launching the game and had to update Ubisoft Connect manually and move the newer version into the games folder. I did have to ding the game for this.
I have reall enjoyed the evolution of the Assassin's Creed games, and I vividly remember all the ads for this one when it came out. I did not know a whole lot about it going in, but knew that it was one most people really enjoyed. I really liked the twist of having two controllable characters in the game with their own strengths and weaknesses. It made the game feel fresh (Evie was definitely my favorite though). The addition of a zipline/grappling hook was pretty awesome as well.
The story was a solid entry in the series, although didn't really bring anything new to the table. It felt like an AC story. However, the side content was blended into the game very well this time around. This includes the collectibles (which I appreciated having to "hunt" for them), the territory activities for the "gang war", and the NPC quests (looking at your Bell and Marx). It never felt like a chore doing any of the content, which is a first for me in an AC game. Although fun, most of the previous game "gave" you all the side quest/collectible locations when you synchronized an areas viewpoint. This one you had to work for it a bit and the discovery felt good.
The characters and world felt alive and vibrant. Most people were pretty generic but some of the characters you encounter felt really unique. The most engaging ones to me were Roth (a true madman), and Alexander Graham Bell. 19th century London felt awesome to just roam around in from the industrial zones to the sprawling urban neighborhoods. It was just fun to explore the city. Lastly the combat felt REALLY satisfying, most of the time. I see now why people make the comparison to the Arkham games. When you combine the combat and the grappling hook, it is hard not to feel like Batman.
Overall, I really enjoyed this entry into the franchise and plan to revisit the game to finish out all the side content. A very solid entry into this franchise.

played it way too long ago to come back and remember anything, but I loved it back then
