Games Where You Kill With Money
Not in the "I have no money and will starve" way, more the "beat the life out of you with my ill-gotten gains" way. Mostly would like to see games where you sacrifice currency for damage or other skills during combat, but the mere aesthetics of using money as a weapon works just fine.
Feel free to add suggestions, as well as descriptions on how you kill in that game with capitalism.
Also, no pay to win systems. In game currency only, if applicable.

final fantasy x - spare change (rikku)
the Goemon games are a classic for this
Jetpack Joyride has the golden piggyback, which you can hit the scientists with.
Ninja Gaiden Black and Ninja Gaiden II let you use essence, which is the currency of the game, to power up your attacks. You can only do this with uncollected essences that appear in-battle, and you don't collect used essences.
Honestly those are the only three I can suggest. Good list idea.

Im unsure if this counts but isnt there a Yakuza heat move that lets you beat someone up with cash or something? Im going crazy cause i swear it exists but when i look it up i just find money grinding methods
@DeltaWDunn Added them both. Decide to consolidate both Ninja Gaiden games into one entry. Thank you.
@moschidae The one I know for sure is a attack Ichiban gets in 7 via the buisness management sim. He swats enemies with literal fat stacks, and it gets stronger the better the buiness is doing.
I recall Yakuza 0 having Kiryu fanning himself with bills, but I'm unsure if that was an attack.
Regardless I'll be adding Like A Dragon and crediting you, thank you.

Yesss it was from like a dragon, i knew it. I was looking it up for a good solid 30 minutes or so lol. Thanks (:
Fire Emblem Fates (all of them) has Spendthrift, a skill where you consume a sellable Gold Bar to do 10 more damage and take 10 less for one round of combat
Dead Cells has the money shooter.
@Baird & @Monado_Lad Both added. Thank you very much.
Mario Odyssey has a capture that lets you shoot coins at people.
Also you got my username wrong
In Payday 2 there's a melee weapon that is literally a fat wad of cash that, of course, can kill enemies. They even give you an achievement if you kill a certain NPC during the Reservoir Dogs heist with it lol.
@paqgamer_ Added, thank you for the suggestion!
Great list as always! I see you have V and X but the gil toss ability has showed up in quite a few Final Fantasy games. Note that list is probably more inclusive than you want; like for instance IV is on there but the ability didn't make it into the shipped game.
PS happy Friday!

@cowboyjosh That's why I have a note saying "Reoccurring ability throughout the series" for FF V, just so that this isn't too overcrowded with repetitious info. I included FF X at Rola's suggestion as they had different names. Maybe that does have a bit too much overlap, but I ain't too fussy with the rules of these lists here.
And I'd personally only count if this ability was in the final game, for FF 4 3D wouldn't be on here regardless. Still thanks for inquiry.
