Poyfuh remembers correctly. Sands of Time indeed does this on new game.

Rascal, it's time for the Rascal sweep
Also i think the Super Mario Maker series counts since the title screen has a level you can play, and if you choose to make it brings you right to the maker screen with that level loaded in

The Way Remastered.
Does Warframe Count?
Tomodachi Life
In Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, the main menu is a still frame of the opening cutscene that'll resume VHS style once you select Play Game.
No clue where you lot came from but I have updated the list
Also in regards to DeltaWDunn's suggestion, I feel like I'm going to draw a line on Warframe because while I do know it launches into the map screen, I feel like the fact there is a pretty noticable hard cut (even if it doesn't have loading) into actually wandering your ship, though I can be convinced if someone who is more familiar with the game can let me know if I'm way off base on that
