This ended up being mostly a disappointment for me. I remember the trailers looking really good, but the gameplay and a lot of the story beats didn't meet my expectations. I can tell when a game isn't really my jam when I drop the difficulty down to "Story" just so I can get through it faster. This game hedged the majority of its bets on its comedy, but for me it didn't work. Don't get me wrong I chuckled a couple times, but a lot of it got pretty annoying after awhile. My favorite character was the Tim Robinson voiced Creature. And the boss fight where you are in an endless loop of running towards the same area and it keeps shrinking/growing depending on which direction you are looking/running (best way I can describe it) was very clever. It needed a little more of that and a little less 5th grade humor.
