Cold steel but they made it great

Before Dark souls III, my only two from soft experiences were Sekiro and Elden RIng, which I honestly consider both to be masterclasses in their own right. This meant high expectations going into DSIII as my first DS experience, and it did not disappoint. While the muted color palette may throw some people off, this game is simply beautiful and just emanates that sad and lonely feeling of a dying world. Everything is so somber and cold but it just works so well. Don't even get me started on the bosses, bangers the entire way. Abyss watchers, twin princes, nameless king, soul of cinder, and then you enter the dlc areas AND IT KEEPS GETTING BETTER! While I think overall the game is not that difficult, difficulty does not equal a compelling or fun game. These bosses are well designed not because they kill you fast, but because their storytelling and aesthetic simply rule. DsIII is an amazing game that I enjoyed every second out of, and the only reason it does not receive 5/5 is that I simply do not think it hits the extreme highs of other fromsoft games that own that rating.

Undertale Yellow is so impressive not as just a fan game but as a game itself. I think an important way I go about understanding it is that it is not just undertale 2 or something like that, its trying to tell its own story and narrative that does tie into undertale lore but really is not that crucial to it. And the story it does tell I loved. The characters were amazing and I loved the questions concerning what justice is inside pacifist and genocide. I know some people complain about the bosses, but I loved every fight. Where they tough as nails? For sure, but the satisfaction that follows a win will always be remembered. Also every route has a awesome final boss, its crazy all 3 were bangers. I dont want to say much spoiler wise, so please just play. All routes is longer than base undertale but its all fun. Just try to think of it as its own product

Cold Steel but they made it good

I was a fan of zeroranger, system erasures previous game to this, so the announcement of void stranger was quite exciting. And this game does not disappoint. I spent 80 hours on this game, and every time I thought I was done more and more content appeared. Amazing story, fantastic lore, and crazy puzzles that break the bounds of the game, Void Stranger is truly one of the best games ive played and contender for my goty

Very engaging story with fun characters. I dont think I connected with it as much as others but I still enjoyed my time with it despite it being in a medium im not the biggest fan of (not a huge enjoyer of visual novels). Puzzles were fun and the mysteries were great, overall solid experience

Overall, just an ok game. Im not a fan of how hard they lean into anime tropes, this was already seen in previous installments but it feels even worse here to the point its making a major change in how I see the game. Game is easy to break but that makes it fun. I did enjoy my time but its not astounding by fan means and could have been cut down a lot

I have just finished this game, and I think it is easily one of the best jrpgs, and even games, I have ever played. The story is superb and every character is fleshed out extremely well, and the stakes get higher and higher as things become even more hype. Great ost as usual and while I did not like it at first, I ended up really appreciating the master quartz system. Near 10/10, if I had to remove anything it would be the pointless fanservice as that took me out of the game a bit but I guess that comes with the territory of jrpgs

A good closer for the Sky trilogy. It has a very unconventional structure but ultimately that helps the game show off characters moments we would have no way to see. Music slaps as usual and Kevin is a very interesting character, although I missed Estelle as the protag.

PEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK also made me scared of a radio

This game makes botw look like a goddamn tech demo. The mechanics have been refined and new ones have been added, and the amount of options available to you is simply staggering. The map is more than 2x bigger and in general is more fun to explore. Everything great about botw is just better here, and no review can really put into words how this game feels to play. GOTY for sure and probably one of my fav games now

Do I need to explain this one? I dont think so, you know why this shit is goated.

"THE WORLD IS YOURS, THE WORLD WILL BE MINE"

I love stories about character progression and protags going from nothing to something, and TWEWY is known for this premise, and NEO delivers in full force. It's combat is so unique and fun and I put in many hours just messing about in battles, I think it was the best way to transition the OG twewy ds combat onto modern consoles. Characters are great, at first I did not like Rindo but I now really enjoy his character and his arc. It is less in your face than Neku's but that is fine. My main complaints come with some very obviously dropped plot beats, but the story is still amazing. As usual, ost slaps. Also this game is as visually striking and beautiful as the first, I love the style. Amazing game, play this and the OG Twewy.

Genuinely peak. This is the kind of sandbox game I have always wanted, with an insane progression loop that has made me come back for multiple 60+ hour long playthroughs. Everything about this game is addicting,
