A bad game and probably the worst Castlevania game I've played so far. At least its short.

I played Persona 3 FES back in high school over 12 years ago now. It quickly became one of my all time favorite games with it's fun gameplay, stylish visuals, catchy soundtrack and fantastic story. The game stayed with me through all these years and I always wondered if Atlus would ever go back to it in some way, so when this remake was announced I was instantly excited and onboard.

And now, another 100ish hours later, I can say they absolutely delivered. This is a fantastic remake that captures everything I loved about the original while both enhancing and adding to it. It looks great, plays great, sounds great, all just like the original just with some modern visuals and new mixes of the soundtrack. Its different but it still feels the same as I remember it. There are some changes to Tartarus exploration and a few features were dropped but ultimately the new additions more than make-up for it and that large section of the game feels much more manageable and less annoying overall.

The story also remains a peak video game narrative. The story twists and turns while juggling heavy themes such as death, the meaning of life, and one's purpose/identity. Side stuff like social links and even random NPCs in the world weave these themes into their ongoing narratives so while there's a lot of little stories going on everything still feels connected. This new version adds more hangout opportunities with the main party members which really helps to flesh them out more and give you more memorable moments with your favorites, as well as the added bonus of new skills in battle which is nice. Plus all social link scenes are fully voiced which really elevates their content. Then it all culminates in such a strong, bittersweet ending that still blows me away. When the final cutscene plays and a certain song plays over the credits, it's hard not to feel emotional again.

I really love Persona 3 and not only is it my favorite of the Persona series but it's one of my top games of all time. This remake is practically perfect and while I don't want to say its better than original, its equally as fantastic and memorable.

A fantastic remaster of a game I really love. Pure old school Star Wars fun.

A decently solid start to the new chapter. Liked the new map and the battle pass had some good stuff in it. Wish the train had more going for it though. Also hate the new locker UI and the lock of skin shuffle, please fix that.

A pretty cool idea for game that feels very of it's time which is both good and bad.

The fact there isn't an improved sequel where you play as Boba Fett feels like such a missed opportunity. Also why hasn't Disney made a modern Mandalorian game yet? Now I just want that.

The only thing this game has going for it is its crayon aesthetic which really fits Kirby’s world well. But everything else makes this a slog. Kirby moves around stiff and slowly, there’s only a few copy abilities and they’re all not that great, same with the animal friends who sometimes feel more like a hindrance than a power-up. Levels are long, repetitive and annoying, and then getting the true ending requires solving vague tedious puzzles in each one. Just an overall dull Kirby game.

A solid expansion to Ghost that delivers more fun gameplay and surprisingly nice epilogue to the main games story.

Loved the story and characters. The games world was fascinating and well detailed. The plot begins very different and intriguing and it admittedly does become a bit basic Final Fantasy fare in the last chunk it's still very good Final Fantasy so I didn't mind it. The visuals are stunning and this game has some of the most exciting and awesome cinematics I've seen a game. The music is also just perfect, just some amazing songs Soken knocked it out of the park.

I get some of the complaints people had. The combat is simple, the Eikon abilities keep it fun and give you some new things to do now and then but it definitely could've used some other weapons or something for more depth. The RPG aspect is also very minimal. I also didn't mind the ease of the game. I didn't find it horribly easy but once you find a build you enjoy and have a lot of potions there isn't a whole lot to worry about. The length complaint I also get, it certainly is long and there are some slower parts, but again it didn't really detract for me as it did others. The side quests are also simple, but most offered solid rewards or interesting smaller story aspects so they were fine. I was always enjoying my time exploring and learning about the world while furthering the fantastic story.

Overall I really loved this game even though it took me 6 months to actually get all the way through. One of my fav Final Fantasy's for sure.

A cool premise and location with an ok conclusion to the Hidden Treasure of Area Zero story.

The exchange student set-up was interesting and while basic I liked the Elite Four/Champion story aspect. The Terraium is a very cool setting although its limited by its size and the everpresent technical issues of this game. I still really like Kerian as a rival character, his turn from friend to semi-foe feels fresh for a Pokemon game and it's resolution while a little too quick and clean still feels nice.

As for new mechanic additions the BBQ quests are a good idea that just needs a little tweak to feel less grindy. Upgrading the League Club is cool and has some interesting rewards. The Synchro Machine is the most lacking, with a really fun concept but no use for it. All these mechanics are cool enough that I hope they all return in future games with a few tweaks.

Overall the DLC was a decent spot of this mixed bag of a game, so I hope the next Pokemon game takes a lot of notes from both the postives and the negatives.

A simple little expansion that's just one long side quest, but its a pretty solid side quest with some excellent boss fights.

Also Soken just straight up uses FFXIV music for a certain song and it ROCKS.

This was a really fun season that brought things back to simpler times. The haters are WEAK!

A very fun and solid sequel that feels a bit rough and lacking compared to the last two entries.

The main story is another exciting and interesting adaption of classic Spider-Man plots with some new twists and ideas, but the back third feels a bit like a rehash of beats from the first game. It's also cool that both Spider-Men are playable and part of the story, but for the most part Miles is sidelined and ignored which sucks. Especially with how the game ends, I wish there was a little more build up to that character moment (and that Miles didn't get that awful new costume.)

The side content is also a mixed bag. It's not necessarily bad, just repetitive and shorter than it felt in the last games. I wish more of the quests felt more like complete stories and not either just small tasks or set-up for the next game and/or DLC. Also it's a minor thing but man the alt suit selections in this game are bad. Too many movie suits, a bunch of classic suits cut from the last games for some reason, and just some truly ugly and weird new ones. I spent most of the game in the classic comic looks which is fine but a bit disappointing when it comes to Spider-Man and his rich history of costumes.

Still though, swinging through the city is still incredibly fun and exciting, combat is great, and the story is engaging and fun. I had a good time with this game and I'm excited for the next entry down the line.

This is the second best Speed Racer game after the movie tie-in game on the Wii

A fun little story in a cool new location. I wish the main games environments were designed like this DLC's. Kitakami while smaller felt more interesting to explore on foot compared to Paldea's barren flat open lands that I just zoomed through. The story was simple but enjoyable enough but the new rival characters made it more interesting, going through a neat character arc thats a reversal of expectation. The game still runs like garbage though which really jarring and disappointing, but I still enjoyed my time in this expansion and I'm looking forward to Part 2.
