HK had a lower budget and smaller team than Dread like most indie games do. It's pretty simple, companies price games based on several factors including the budget and distribution. Since HK is an indie game that didn't initially ship at retail, that meant it could be sold at a much lower price.

Also to add to that, does A Hat in Time being sold at $20 make Mario Odyssey only worth $20? Does the same happen with Rivals of Aether and Smash? No, because that's silly.

Btw I played this on release day and it sucked
