If this game was a transformer, it would be from the beast era and it would turn into a GOAT.

Picture this:

Because your guns get reset every time you die, you've gotten used to saving in between every single mission and resetting to that point whenever you die. You've been stuck on this same mission for about half an hour by this point, and you are resetting to attempt it once more. However, this entire playthrough the text on the menu has faded in extremely slowly. You mistakenly click "Erase saved game" instead of "Load Save Game". You are 3 missions from the end of the game. You are me.

Despite taking some steps back in a few areas, enhanced physics and surprisingly good writing keep this one memorable for me.

Shit if being gay is this fun I may have to reconsider some things.

Pretty good for a Lego Batman knockoff

God DAMN this shit rules. A classic that holds up remarkably well on the gameplay front while able to go toe to toe with a lot of modern games in terms of storytelling.

Classic arcade-y fun, don't play without a guide though.

"I don't wanna play you 'Spider-Man: The movie: The Game'!"

"I wouldn't wanna play me neither!"

I can't believe I only discovered fast travel during the tail end of the last chapter.

Ever since I saw Spider-man (2002) I wanted to be the guy, this is basically as close as I can get to fulfilling kid me (as well as current me)'s dream.

Great atmosphere, fun and innovative gameplay, really makes you FEEL like kid me struggling to make it through a room of the game without taking half an hour.

Fun stealth action, amazing story, unique characters and boss fights, haunting music, and cutscenes galore. I don't think they can make the movie adaptation work and yet out of the entire series it's the one they have the best shot of.

Legit favorite piece of media ever created, not even close. The game play is amazingly fun, the story is mind blowing and ahead of it's time. What I use to prove to people that video games can be intelligent. It may be flawed but weirdly enough they can be brushed off as intentional. Thanks to the snake tales as well it also features one of the more interesting multiverse based stories, Marvel don't @ me.

DIG THESE CHILD BEARING HIPS BABY!!!

I pity anyone who dosen't get that joke.
