The sole DLC for Unheard with an English localisation, The Lethal Script takes to heart the base game' criticisms around low difficulty with a relatively lengthy, pretty complex scenario, with an enjoyable, unexpected twist. It's a shame that the other two DLC scenarios seem to have little prospect of receiving similar localisation!
