Great game even after all these years. Still easily in my top 3 for Pokémon games.

Story - 5/5 I love Team Galactic’s motives and their goals. They provide a challenge as well and their portion of the game where it was time to focus on the team was great!

Gameplay - 3.5/5. It’s Pokémon haha…the most I can comment on is the slow HP meter which is just a staple of Gen 4, and also the massive amount of HMs…that shit is annoying for party teams because HM moves are bad

Replay value - 4.5/5 lots to do after game…Catch all the Pokémon, catch legendaries, rematch gym leaders, etc…so there’s a reason to go back

Final Verdict - I LIKE THIS GAME ALOT!
Personally not a fan of all the HMs and slow HP meter but outside of that this is a perfect Pokémon run!

Graphics - 10/10
Great for SNES, and using a lot of the Super Nintendo's features to add depth to the game

Story - 9/10

Sound - 8/10
Good OST, and includes songs you would hear later on in the series.

Replay Value - 7.5/10
This isn't going to be a game you IMMEDIATELY pick back up to play, but this is great for Speedrunners who want to skip parts of the game that didn't know about or for people who want to perfect this game to play it without the use of a guide. It's also interesting to find those weak points in bosses to make them easier as well and to see which items you collect and don't collect towards your 100% item goal.

Control - 8/10
The game has a set feature in the main menu to allows you to set what feels comfortable to you when using the controller. I think this is a major plus as some games (only a few I've heard of) don't actually have this. The games control feels good, but after a while of getting upgrades you may seem to be lost in the item selection, but it's not something crazy to get used to. Basic Controls are easy to follow.

Difficulty 7/10
This game is not for the casual players, but if you keep practicing certain elements of the game using restore points (which is a common tool used nowadays in these games on their online streaming services) you can clear areas easier or find hidden areas. First time players, I recommend having some form of a guide on standby (I don't care what people say, I won't judge you) and use it only if you get super super lost to help you find items or your next destination. The game does ramp up in difficulty as you get to the end of the game so good luck.

Final Verdict - 4.5 out of 5. Great game with tons of great elements. In my opinion one of the Super Nintendo's token titles. Shows off the power of the Super Nintendo and sets up the Metroid story further. There are many ways to play this gem so you don't miss out on it, but nowadays I would recommend the SNES Mini for at home players and if you're a traveler there's the Nintendo Switch Online (as long as your place of hospitality has internet--even then you can play the games offline for a few days first). There is also the New Nintendo 3DS/2DS line as well. This is a must play title

Being an avid Donkey Kong Country Fan, I have a strong distaste for this "port" of the game. Long story short, it is Donkey Kong Country from the SNES, but a little more clunkier and designed to run on the Gameboy Color. In my eyes the Gameboy Color, is a portable NES mainly because it provides color to games that don't boast high graphics. This game was made to run on Super Nintendo and even Gameboy Advance to match the tricks you could do and get a good feel from moving the characters from Point A to Point B. This game just feels clunky and hard to control and some tricks that you would do in Donkey Kong Country SNES just don't work here due to the Kongs feeling a bit stiff. It has the same feel of Donkey Kong Land, but with Donkey Kong Land the game's levels and settings were built around how stiff the Kongs were. I would recommend playing this game and giving a try for yourself using a Gameboy Player or a cartridge on a Gameboy Advance.

This game was recommended to me by a few friends of mine (Thanks Marc, Kevin, Shaun, and Noah), but like most games I didn't know what I was getting into prior to playing. I start the game and I'm immediately introduced to Mortal Kombat Sidescroller...

Through out the time I played I was very confused on how to actually control my character and how to avoid the pillars at the beginning of the game...if anything I was more annoyed that there's a 1 hit death gimmick on the "first level". I don't know if that was on purpose or if I was supposed to know what to do as soon as I saw it...but I whole heartedly didn't appreciate it...I barely got far in the game, and I regret playing it...Mortal Kombat shouldn't be a sidescroller oh my lord..

Different from most Mario Party titles with the addition of the car and no minigames every turn. It makes up for it by adding a twist where it comes down to luck and a mixture of skill when you have the minigames and boss games. The minigames in this game are amazing and are themed around New Super Mario Bros. Wii (Which I don't mind) and the minigames don't use the Wii Motion Gimmick that much like Mario Party 8 did. I thought this game was Ok!

A good classic that offers a lot for an NES game. A plethora of levels with different themes and memorable music throughout the entire game. This game is old, but if you're looking for a good classic on the NES I definitely think this should be in your collection!

Super Mario 64 is a game worth playing and it offers memorable music and a classic feel to the 3D Platformer Genre. There are different ways to tackle the game and you can go at it any way you see fit. All the enemies are classic enemies from the 2D Games and it makes you feel like you're playing an original Mario game, but in 3D.
