Master System Sonic 1 FINISHED! 9/10 yes I'm evaluating it with the limitations of the time and for a Master System game it's beautiful!

I took a bit of a beating because it had been over 15 years since I played, but this time I finally managed to get all 6 Chaos emeralds. The game has good gameplay, Sonic moves well, the deaths I had were mostly due to my error and some others were due to Real game... for example, a phase of climbing the waterfall, the screen goes up because I wasn't paying attention, I ended up touching the place where the game considers a cliff but I could still see a bit of the platform, others are the classic system of being thrown away When being hit by an enemy or projectile, I often lost my life because I was thrown into a classic game hole from the 90s.

The game has its limitations such as Flickering where several sprites start to blink due to having too much information on the screen.

Regarding the music, they are remarkable! Yuzo Koshiro's compositions are excellent! There isn't a song that I don't like in this game, they're all good.

It was fun to play this Master System classic again, it's cool to see how creative these games are because Sonic 1 on the Mega Drive came first, just after this one on the Master System and even though only 2 stages have similar Mega Drive themes, they are both different adventures. which makes each version more striking.

Wonder Boy FINISHED! 7/10 I have vague memories of Wonder Boy, I played it as a child but I never managed to beat it, and to be honest, my childhood self from that time would never be able to finish this game! It's because? Basically he is difficult!

I managed to finish it in 3:57 hours! The game is from 1987, literally a historical game and one of the adaptations of Sega's Arcade machines in the 80s, the version I played was the Master System version using the Wii's virtual Console service, the Master System version is very faithful Here we control a little boy blonde named Tom-Tom who is after an evil villain who stole his girlfriend Tania is an 80s/90s cliché? It is! But for a game that was born in arcades, many of them were just to create a backstory because at the time Score was more important.

A curious fact is that the creator of Wonder Boy created the game because he found Super Mario too punishing and didn't like the movement, even though he understood Mario's popularity and importance, he wanted to create a game with better gameplay, in my opinion. about this Wonder Boy it is a very fun game I admit that I would play it more than Nes' Super Mario, Tom-Tom's gameplay is slippery but functional for a 1 mega Master System cartridge it did what the levels were supposed to do They're cute but that's what they have few variations.

Wonder Boy uses themes of rock caves, forests, ice caves but many of them feel like they are variations of the same stage with changed enemies and objects, it even has stages at night or in a volcanic area with a volcano spitting out rocks and the sky changing from color to red even a waterfall and river area.

Each zone has 4 acts and in the fourth there is a Boss where you throw your small axes at the Boss's head when you defeat it you lose a head and a new one is born, the boss is easy and doesn't have many difficulties, as it is a game ported from arcades is very well done! There are even new phases.

The difficulty is steep! Often with very well placed enemies and traps SERIOUSLY! some are made out of evil! You start the game with 3 lives, losing is game over! But a positive point is that the game has infinite continues so you can continue your game and return to the beginning of the phase you were in, but just being able to continue playing is something to be praised in the 80s/90s there were a lot of very punishing games, many of them super difficult and lives limited to 2 to 3 and there were many games that didn't even have to continue!

The game's music is OK, nothing too memorable, the theme song is always played! And after a while it starts to feel agonizing because there is little variation in the 4th act, which is the boss zone, it changes and a new song is introduced in the fight against the boss, but a variation would be welcome, many Master System games had this, Sonic was an example of that!

Wonder Boy is a game that brings me nostalgia, but that's because I played it but never managed to finish it as a child and I only did it as an adult, it was a fun experience! But I admit that playing a game that has no credits is strange... many games like Wonder Boy is a game that ran on Arcade machines and Score was the important thing and when you finish you only receive a thank you message and the game ends and you can start a new game.

Wonder Boy is a long game! And you can't save, few games at that time had the option to save on cartridges so you had to take some free time to be able to reset, of course nowadays with emulators they have save states but at the time they didn't have that.

Monster World IV FINISHED! 10/10 one of the best 2D platform and action-adventure games I've ever played, it's a rare gem from the Mega Drive, the game was exclusive to Japan, but received an official translation on the Wii Virtual Console, and yes, I had to use alternative means to play the game, its producer is called Westone Bit was responsible for producing the game but unfortunately the studio went bankrupt in 2014 and the one who currently has the rights to the series is Sega since the game belongs to the Wonder Boy franchise, I hope this game comes in the future for the Nintendo Switch Online service it cannot be missed!

In Monster World IV you control Asha she is a girl with green hair she ends up hearing the spirits whispering in the wind begging for help coming from the Monster World, so Asha embarks on a journey to find and help them. In the adventure our heroine gets an egg that becomes her friend Blue Pepelogoo, a race that was exterminated and many people destroyed it for fear of its special powers, even though they are peaceful, the gameplay of the game changes with each dungeon as your Pepelogoo grows and gameplay is changing due to this, the fights are fun but not impossible or complicated to the point of frustration, since the save points are limited if the game is over you come back from the last save point, and the biggest challenge is just for you to survive the whole the dangerous dungeon path full of traps and enemies.

The pixel art in this game is very beautiful! They are great, something that many Mega Drive games have always highlighted, Asha's facial expressions and movements are very visible! It was a fun adventure, as I love chasing obscure and old games, it was a pleasant experience and I honestly highly recommend it to anyone who loves a good 2D platform game like me. Regarding the playing time, it was about 9:10 hours of gameplay.

The Short Hike Finished! I easily give it a 10/10, the game delivers everything it proposes! here you sit and forget your problems you play to relax, explore a small archipelagos of islands and here we explore with our protagonist called Claire a bird girl who came from the big city to spend a season together with her aunt in a natural park full of lakes ,vegetation and nature in abundance the game has an objective which is to go to Pico do Gavião to make a phone call, since at the top of the mountain it is the only place where there is a telephone signal, to climb the layers of the mountains you need to collect some feathers gold which would be a stamina in the game, there are about 20 of them throughout the game, to acquire them is by doing activities such as buying these feathers or finding them on the map randomly or helping people in the park such as playing in a race, playing a type of volleyball beach but with a stick or help finding a lost item, the more I explored those small islands the more I felt in that little world, where all the NPCs are there to simply relax and enjoy nature and everyone is charismatic.

With Short Hike you don't need to rush, play at your pace! you don't have a world to save, you don't have a super powerful villain to stop forget your problems your anxieties it's a short game but the small activities like completing the fish encyclopedia is fun collecting all the golden feathers it's rewarding, the soundtrack is beautiful TOO MUCH! or maybe you can take a boat trip on the island until you fly over it! Helping park visitors brings a sense of duty done and brings that sweet taste of having helped someone who was in trouble and being grateful for it. It was one of the best experiences I've had playing an indie game, the only downside is that it's short! But play it is a game that I recommend for all ages.

Little Noah: Scion of Paradise FINISHED! 8/10 is a challenging Roguelite! but not unfair to the player, so the more you lose, you can redo your exploration but when you lose a match, your item becomes Mana which is used to repair your ship, where when repairing an area you gain attributes or an extra item to begin with. a game with an advantage, these upgrades are permanent help in the next exploration of the dungeons, Noah's adventure is not over, making it clear that a new game is coming in the future, Noah is a very pretty and cute girl and very chatty, something I love is seeing the protagonist that talk and interact, and here's to the next adventures of the cute alchemist!

Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology FINISHED! 11/10 is a wonderful game! I had a TOTAL of 82:55 hours of game time until I did 100% of the time missions and bad endings and also the Possible world which is an addition to this version and leaves the game with a closed ending, it is very satisfying to see the hard work be finalized. Everything in the game has a closed ending without leaving any doubt in the player, and showing the end of each character in your party among others who helped you.

Lippti and Teo are intermediaries from that world where no matter what they did they only found misery, in countless timelines and always the world was destroyed by desertification, where the mana was being drained, and everything turned into sand and they only managed to end with this horrible ending thanks to the help of Stocke who became the bearer of the White Chronicles, Lippti and Teo are responsible for guiding Stocke through the timelines, avoiding any of them leading to the end of the world, a wrong decision, a villain killed in the wrong moment even a spy who is killed before his time would end up in a bad ending, this applies to members of your party as well when making the wrong choice ending you are saved and return to the gates of time, and with those memories saved and recorded in the White Chronicle, all your actions and missions are recorded in the book.

About your Party partners, for me, they are all unique and perfect! None are there to make numbers, all have an important role in the game's history, all have a goal.

About the story and writing of the game, all I have to say is praise, the exciting moments I can't count on one hand 😢 and the game is 100% dubbed from start to finish, which makes everything even more immersive and enjoyable. Let's face it, the game unfortunately doesn't have Japanese dubbing, I have no idea why at the time of the Nintendo 3DS, many localized games only had American dubbing, but I have to praise the Atlus team, they brought professionals who know how to dub a game and it was incredible!
I'm glad I discovered Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology

Shiren The Wanderer The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate FINISHED! 11/10 Why this rating? Few games would do that, but everything about this game pleased me, from its gameplay and story, which by the way, even with a seemingly simple objective of helping Oyu and her incurable disease and Jirokichi who would do anything to save his loved one, the game had an emotional charge. , your adventure partners are all captivating and each one has their part in the story and helps you climb the tower of fortune, which by the way is quite a challenge! The difficulty increases with the floors of the tower you climb, but the tower is treacherous with each new floor, it's a surprise, traps, monsters that destroy your items or curse and create a debuff on everything that kills you. very well animated and detailed, all equippable weapons have their unique models, the description of weapons and items was always filled with a good mood, my total gameplay was 46:54 minutes of gameplay throughout the story and I also did some challenge quests During gameplay, I highly recommend the game, especially if you like Roguelike games, a good challenge and quality JRPGs, and also love old Japanese themes like me.

I have a lot to say about Freedom Planet, the experience I had with this game was wonderful! everything in the game is unique, the captivating characters, it has a solid and very unique story and a really cruel and diabolical villain! The game is a 2D platform very inspired by Ristar and Sonic the Hedgehog and other action games but it manages to be unique in the world and lore of the game EVERYTHING! It's unique, I really feel like I'm on a distant planet and full of unique areas to explore, the phases are never repeated, there are a total of 12 phases divided into areas and a positive point is that they are long but in the right measure. I could spend hours talking about the game but my recommendation is to play the game and feel how fun and unique it is to explore and get to know this game.

Brave Dungeon was a light adventure that I had pleasure playing, it's a light and balanced Dungeon Crawler, I managed to play it without many problems, in fact it's impossible to get lost because everything is very linear, only the last Dungeon is more complicated but that's because it's an extra after finishing In the main campaign, the game has very few dialogues focusing only on exploring the dungeons, which ends up being excellent for beginners to get to know the world of JRPG and Dungeon Crawler.

I really love Shovel Knight! The charisma of the series is enormous! and Shovel knight Dig is charismatic is a challenging and difficult roguelike! There are points in the game that are very frustrating, I know it's a Roguelike but it was frustrating at a certain point in the game to lose progress and do everything from scratch, it's addictive to have these adventures and try again the original game remains my favorite but the experience was very fun with Shovel knight Dig, the game will receive DLC and also has an alternative ending.

The Legend Of Dark Witch Renovation Finished! both in the story of Zizou and Riva, both have different gameplay from each other, the game is a remake of the 3DS game, it was a special 5th anniversary of the franchise with gameplay and visual improvements, abandoning pixel art for hand-drawn sprites, the songs receive new arrangements, all the girls have new art, of course the bosses have new attack moveset, it's a short game, if you play without worrying about the collectibles on average you can complete it in 1 to 2 hours, and what made me have more hours went into making the upgrades, which is very expensive, the first game is very simple, it uses the Megaman formula a lot without getting stuck and it, it's a beautiful and challenging game, the studio is very small, I think it's incredible that it manages to release beautiful and well-animated games , its sequel is even more superior with much more mechanics and stages. This remake is on eshop BR for 29 reais for the content it offers and even having voices dubbed in Japanese was a good investment and of course I've been a fan of the series since the 3DS.

Pikuniku was quite a surprise, I picked it up in a promotion on the Nintendo Switch eshop and ended up having a lot of fun laughing at the light and uncompromising humor, all the game has to offer is fun and it delivers it very well! it's short, I completed it in 5 hours on average, it's quite short, I really wish it was longer, but it was worth buying the game, it's 2D side-scrolling and with Metroidvania elements, it's quite a small world to be honest. The villain in the story is very cliché in that he tells his plans, which gives him a very comical air, wanting to create a perfect world but the protagonist Piku ends up thwarting his plans.

Kirby Fighters Deluxe is an extension of the Minigame that came out for Kirby Triple Deluxe it's a game that was exclusive to the Nintendo eshop so if you have street pass data on your Nintendo 3DS you'll get abilities that are exclusive to that game and new stages it would be a kind of "free DLC" for having bought the previous game, it's basically a fighting game there's not much to talk about it has difficulty modes both EASY, NORMAL, HARD & VERY HARD then you can challenge yourself by completing the fights you get new hats of your skills are only cosmetic but it's cute to see kirby with samurai clothes or a costume of a character from a previous Kirby game the matches are fast depending on the difficulty of the game so 8 to 10 minutes is great for you who are out of time but want to play a quick match is a functional game has no BUG much less felt frame drops in the game was fun and I have nothing to complain about.

Super fun!

Deltarune Chapter 2 continues with its creativity, wow! I was always taken aback by this game, it was so much fun, the humor of the characters, the story was entertaining, even the different style of battling enemies and bosses, all the characters we control have a different personality, they are unique and none of them have been left out, and as always chapter 2 ends with a rather intriguing scene about the main character we control, I'm very excited about part 3 of Deltarune.

Mighty Switch Force! 2 was interesting to play is a puzzle game with action and 2D platform from the developer WayForward because their games are always neat with a very beautiful atmosphere and a very well done and detailed pixelart, it doesn't change much in relation to the first game in this series, when instead of capturing escaped prisoners in this second game, there are people trapped by areas with fire and fire in the levels, you who are a (female) firefighter will have to rescue these people along the way, you have some enemies occasionally for your water gun you can even push the enemies by solving the puzzles, during the phase you also find a baby where when you find your character you will kick the feet off the screen this baby is a "collectible" in the game collecting all the player will receive a new illustration in the post credits ending, it's a short game with 15 levels i finished it in about 4 hours and 53 minutes, it's a short game, it has a good challenge the last few levels are very difficult, but what can i say it was a fun game, and i didn't have nothing to complain. in short, the amount that was charged when I bought it in the active 3DS eshop was quite affordable and cheap, so I'm glad that it was a lot of fun in the end because games are made to be fun.
