It's not half bad, I think it's writing and atmosphere are it's best traits but even then it's far from the best in the narrative-focused genre of games.

My biggest issue being it's randomly generated routes made sections feel disconnected. For example, I had a route where early on I met John and he asked me to try and talk another character out of doing something and then the very next section after that was me with that same character but they didn't recognize me nor did I have any option to bring this up.

It's okay, wouldn't discourage playing it but I don't see myself playing it again honestly.

This game is a disappointment, honestly it gives DMC2 a run for it's money as the worst Devil May Cry game.

I never played the game before the 2.0 patch overhauled the game's it's mechanics but I hear it was much better before that, which if that's the case then this game has been horribly ruined. The gameplay is super limiting and it's just not fun to play, it's really just not a good experience.

I'm not even getting into NebulaJoy as a company or how scummy they apparently are.

The only props I can give this game is Lady's sexy as ever and the idea of being able to switch between characters in a DMC game is cool but I just wish it was in a way better game.

Astro's Playroom is a fun and charming way to be introduced to the PS5 and it's new tech.

I expected something fairly simple and throwaway but it does have a lot of charm and is too cute to hate.

A solid and addictive puzzle game that is good for anyone and great for Resident Evil fans.

It's not super long at only 40 levels which took me around 3 hours to beat but it's a good time and definitely worth the usual $3 price tag.

How does a game suck so much life and joy out of me that it kills my interest in continuing with a series I was, up until this point, really liking?

Well, this sucks.

I appreciate the bonus content like interviews and what have you but playing the game itself is just unpleasant and not particularly fun.

The actors that do return sound off compared to how they are on the show (except James Marsters as Spike) and characters like Buffy and Willow aren't even voiced by their original actors and it shows.

Combine that with drawn out levels and generally uninteresting combat and you have a very dull game that I can't recommend to even the most die-hard of Buffy enjoyers.

Simply put, the game's good. It's got issues like I feel Kung Lao's written to be a bit too much of a dick at times and the conflict between him and Liu Kang could've been better paced but otherwise I'd say it's a solid enough story for a fanservice-y spin-off game.

Gameplay wise it's honestly really fun and has a bit more to it than I was expecting, platforming is a little awkward at points but it's fine overall too.

Tron Arcade is a game that I definitely see the appeal of but it's not something I'm particularly into myself.

The game consists of four sub-games based on events from the film. MCP Cone is the simplest, as all you have to do is fire at the MCP's shields and make it into his cone with hitting the walls.

I/O Tower is second on this scale, as it uses similar controls to MCP Cone but has you derezzing Grid Bugs (creatures the film only referenced once and were never actually fought btw)

The Grid Bugs can overwhelm you in the harder variants of this game but it's not too hard in the early stages, just make it through the bugs and enter the circle to win.

Battle Tanks reminded me a little of Wii Tanks from Wii Play (showing my age, I know) where you control a tank in a maze and have to navigate through to avoid getting derezzed and derezzing the enemy tanks. This ones fairly hard but I feel it's well designed and once you get into the groove, it can be quite rewarding to win this one.

Then we have Light Cycles, the worst sub-game in my opinion. It's frustrating enough in the easiest version when you've only got to compete with one enemy but later stages have you dealing with three. Doesn't help that sometimes my cycle won't turn when I want it to and I die due to some weird delay in the controls. It makes me wish I could escape like Flynn did in the film through a crack in the wall of the game grid.

Overall, I think Tron Arcade could be a great time with a group of friends in an arcade. Playing the sub-games and seeing who can land the best score, but playing it alone is only fun for so long and it doesn't help that I don't even think Light Cycles is that good in this one.

It's a fairly basic score-focused platformer from the era.

I wouldn't call it bad as it's actually a fairly decent time if you're into this simple kind of experience. You dodge enemies and pick up bits for points until you pick up enough bits to progress to the next level to do it all again but harder.

It works and it's fine, but not really the kind of thing I'd replay over and over personally.

It's a simple maze game with no music and no real sign that it's even really a Tron game past the title screen.

I mean, I guess it's alright in the sense that it is a functional maze game but like, there's not much else to say.

A genuine classic and I will not hear otherwise.

Halo Reach is a game I'd say is overall really good, especially in terms of it's narrative. I think Reach does a better job creating a new cast for me to care about than ODST did and made a more enjoyable experience for me as well. I now get why "Objective : Survive" haunts many.

My biggest gripe with this game is this out of nowhere section in "Long Night of Solace" where you're made to pilot a ship to fight other ships but it felt really one sided and there was only one checkpoint in the whole bit which was before the tutorial which made dying a hassle (some friends have said there should be more so that might be a MCC glitch)

Overall, it's a good game. I like Halo 2 and 3 more but this is still a great experience overall.

Psychonauts 2 is the scenario you'd want for a sequel where it does everything in it's power to blow the first game out of the water when that first game was already pretty damn good.

The writing is on point, the levels are creative as well as thematically meaningful, and the combat is probably the best I've seen out of a platformer. Definitely recommend this game, especially to fans of the first game.

Suck on this, Wesker.
CHRIS!!!!!!! blows up
