Games where, either through an intelligent and well-written story, unique atmosphere, or impactful message, are better as pieces of art than as mechanically enjoyable gameplay experiences. Based on my experiences and what I have heard about these games. Note that a game being on here doesn't mean it has bad gameplay, just that it serves better as a total work of art than just as games to "play." I will try to find as many games to put on here as possible.
