Probably the easiest FromSoftware game, but by all means that doesn’t stop this game from being a literal work of art. The combat is unlimitedly creative, meaning after 70 hours of gameplay I feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface. The open world is absolutely stunning and each area is completely different, offering new enemies and new challenges. There is always something to do, wether it be a dungeon, catacomb or a quest line. This game has the most rewarding exploration out of any open world game I’ve ever played, and you know what’s most important? It’s very very fucking fun.
The bosses are all so unique apart from a few that reappear occasionally, and they can range from ridiculously easy to bosses that took me 10+ attempts. This game gives you the choice to either explore through the game and make it one of the easiest From Software games, or rush through the main bosses and make it the hardest one by far. It is made clear from the very get go that everything is the gamers choice. You don’t often get the freedom that Elden Ring gives you, and it’s very refreshing. I absolutely adored this game from start to finish.

I finished the Nameless king finally, and with that I beat one of my new favourite games
Played with friends and the jumping from rooftop to rooftop destroying zombies is way too much fun! Story is absolute dog shit though, yeah, puts a bummer on things. Still though, gameplay is nuts.
