Ratchet & Clank but with Jennifer Hale is the PS5's best game purely for the fact that it is indeed a Ratchet & Clank game.
While not my personal favourite in the franchise, it is certainly one of the more ambitious and it really feels like it is utilising the PS5's hardware more than any other game and this results in some of it's most gorgeous moments, and while much of the gameplay remains the same, it's Ratchet & Clank so it remains perfect. Also the story is wholesome so that is a bonus, just a shame Ratchet comes across as a bit of a whimp now which feels very unlike Ratchet from the earlier games.
