Mind-blowing, living breathing game world. You can feel the creative and excellent ways in which the designers translated Samus' adventures into 3D. Incredible graphics and music as well. Impressive AI and enemy design. Addictive scanning mechanic. The only negative is the tedious and padding endgame.

Like somebody took all the best parts of 80s and 90s action movies and mixed in zombies. Just played again for I don't even know how many times with the HD texture pack. I've played on GameCube, Wii, PS2, PC, and VR and never gets old. My only complaint is the first part of the island drags a tad but then an attack helicopter comes in and it's all gravy from then on!
