It's honestly a little hamfisted at times but I really liked a lot of the ideas this game presents, especially at the time of its release.

It's cute. Enjoyable enough combat and sense of adventure, it's not very subtle in it's message or meaning in the slightest but I don't think it wants to be. Clearly a lot of time went into it and it shows, pretty good.

Genuinely one of the most unique multiplayer experiences you can have with friends. Though it does get old after a while and loses it's scare factor the better you get at it, it's hard to deny how creative of a concept this is for a co-op game. If you're even remotely interested in ghost hunting TV shows, or just want to hunt ghosts with friends, give this a try.

Some haunting visuals and impressive storytelling moments at time, but unfortunately filled with flavorless text that goes on-and-on, making a lot of dialogue feel like a drag. I can't count the amount of times I just wanted some conversations to end and move on. The writing really needed to be cut down and edited to be sharper, it often feels like a first draft and lacking any character. I'll remember the visuals, music, little moments, and the overall message (at least what I interpret it to be) but the unnecessary chaff really drags it down.

"…con lentitud poderosa" is still one of the greatest pieces of video game music i've ever heard

This expansion is the reason I've put so much time into this game. If Heavensward did not exist, I can't see myself playing it for as much as I did. Aymeric, Everything Enistinien says, Aymeric, The dreary, snow ridden yet strangely comforting city of Ishgard, a heartfelt sacrifice, seeing that ultimate attack for the first time (If you know, you know.), Aymeric, and a climactic final battle built up from the very beginning. This is the one. This is the expansion that made Final Fantasy XIV the game it is. Zenith. God, I love this expansion. And god, I love Aymeric.

It had some pretty high highs, to be honest. But with so many low lows, it missed the mark for me completely.

For such a short game, the developers went above and beyond to make every location as detailed as possible. So much playtime was spent just looking at every little detail in every room. A perfect example of quality over quantity right here.

Brilliant and polished to a T. Love this game

The world is coming to end and the Hearthians are going to go extinct. Lucky for them a statue chose me to enter a time-loop in order to save them. Unfortunately for them, the statue chose me.

Honestly holds up surprisingly well.

DEFINITELY a huge improvement over the original release, but god I just can not enjoy this entry.

For a game marketed towards such a large cast of characters, they really could've done a better job integrating them together a lot better.
