I never played the original Wii port, but I am glad for this remake letting me finally experience the game everyone hailed so much.

The only thing keeping this game from the perfect score is I'm not a fan of the MMO-like combat. Though, it is incredibly customizable in what builds you can make.

The music, story, characters, and visuals are all on top here. Monolithsoft are absolutely incredible developers, making games that look and play THIS good on the hardware they're limited to. It's a must play for anyone that likes jrpgs.

I only got the first ending A. But my God, Yoko Taro was cooking. This was such an emotional ride, from beginning to end. I will be coming back for the rest of the endings I missed someday.

While this game might suffer from load times, and some PS2 RPG jank like long hallways. This game is an absolute masterpiece in the genre. With an Iconic opening, and end boss theme, and a stellar cast complimented by all having gotten their own character development. It's an incredible installment in this series, and anyone that likes jRPG's should give this a shot.
