Well its not as amazingly simple and well thoughtout as pikmin 1 but it is ok. The bosses are a bit too annoying for my taste and have about 40% too much health.
There's a whole lot of, bring all the types of pikmin for the boss because you'll have to use them all and you have to lock onto basically every boss instead of actually aim because they fly so far away from you its not possible.
Also that very last boss fight after the tree is so incredibly annoying it really left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
The rest of the game is solid enough if stupidly easy and i still hate the "swap between characters" mechanic only now its 3 people instead of just 2. Really missing a chance for co op still.
The graphics look fantastic though, especially the pellets, they just have the nicest looking texture to them. Reminds me of hard candy and everything worked decent enough in the game, no big glitches.
