Very strong "we have Blasphemous at home" energy.

Some fun stuff in here, but I was overall disappointed. A bit too janky and you can't play as the sumo wrestler off the bat which is honestly the main reason I wanted to play it.

Fun little game, but I really wanted to spend more time doing the restaurant management stuff and less of the diving. Both were fun but I just felt the balance was off, I'd spend so much time diving and catching fish for what felt like a far too brief bit of time doing the restaurant stuff.

Nothing really extraordinary here gameplay-wise, but they nailed the Warhammer 40k aesthetic perfectly. Controls feel good. Blast some freaks for the Emperor and have a good time.

Fantastic improvement over the first one in my eyes. I really felt like they just got rid of all the stuff I hated in the first one.
In the first one it felt like the inevitable failed runs had huge consequences and pretty much no benefit. Then you'd have to go through your gigantic rolodex of heroes to try and find a team that worked and probably fail again. It was both a slog, and it felt bad because you would lose all the time with no benefit.

Turning this into a run based roguelite with meta-progression basically fixes all this. You build your team, go on a run, fail or succeed to benefit from the meta-progression, so it doesn't feel depressing when you're losing and a huge bummer when you die cause you gain nothing, like in the first one.

Anyway, I had a great time, if you liked the first one but had similar problems with it that I did, check this out. If you didn't like the first one, maybe you'll like this one, it's pretty different except for the vibes and basic mechanics of the combat.

I Love this game. I grew up with this game. A time came a little later in my life where I could just throw this game on and blast through it or nearly through it. Those were good times.

Years later a friend of mine would say that everyone should try to speedrun at least once game. One of the few games that came to mind that I thought I could speedrun was this one, because I hate put so many hours in back in the day. Indeed I was easily able to get on the board with no real training. Months later I would put some training in and study the tactics for it and get a much better record. I hope one day to put a little more time in and maybe break the top 10 on speedrun.com.

This game will always hold several special places in my herart.

Fun and interesting little game. If a psychedelic-horror Pikmin-like sounds like your jam, then you should definitely check this out.

Really cool game that felt like exploring a fantasy novel. Never played anything quite like it, very well written.

I had a wonderful time with this game. It's not the most mechanically polished, but the vibes/atmosphere were phenomenal. It really captures the experience of discovering a cool world through the environment and the stories of the characters within it that a metroidvania can give so well.

More games should let you alter the size and orientation of your equipment, thus allowing you to wear a hilariously oversized cowboy hat.

It's kinda Fights in Tight Spaces with a more retro style of graphics and bit less polish. Had a fun time with what I played of it.

Really interesting and cool game, but it would benefit tremendously from a manual or even just a few tips. In my first attempt I ran into serious problems that by the time I understood them I couldn't really reverse them due to the scarce nature of resources.

The one big tip I would give is to harvest and store as many resources as you can early on, particularly steel, as you need that not only to build things, but you need a constant stream to keep your ship repaired, you can end up real screwed if you build too much too fast.

Beautiful game. Really like he concept, I'm just a little disappointed there wasn't more. More than worth checking out though, since it won't take much of your time, I recommend playing it on a rainy night if possible.

Some fun, old school, firefighting action. I definitely recommend checking out.

Really like the concept for this one, but I was pretty disappointed in the campaign, was really hoping for something a little more complex and robust. Graphics aren't really my taste either, I think the pixel art of the original itch.io game looked a lot better. Still worth checking out for such a cool new spin on the city building genre though.
