I really like this game. I think. I'm pretty sure. But whenever I come back and think about it I don't know how much I actually like it. But I do like it.

I love this game. I have always loved this game. Somehow before this playthrough I'd never completed either The Signal or The Writer (primarily because I played the game when it first came out and never went back for the dlc). They might be my favorite parts. The stuff with using the flashlight on the words to gather ammo and use environmental effects is so cool. I love the Ferris Wheel in The Writer. Is the combat like, Good good? No, but its fine, and the loop of using your flashlight on enemies to drop their shields or temporarily stun them feels good. I kind of wish 2 had more of that stuff in it.

It's clunky, it's got a lot you can complain about, but at the end of the day it's just such a charming game. Every Twin Peaks reference makes me laugh now that I've seen the show, and the cardboard cutouts of each character in The Signal are wonderful. Just one of my favorite games in the world.

I'm SHOCKED at how much I liked this. I miss this kind of game so much.
