I keep fucking playing it, I love the puzzles. I can't say much of the music this time around because I had the game muted.
Also DS

jmtb02 has been one of my favorite Flash game developers ever since I played Achievement Unlocked back in elementary school so I'm glad that I can finally support him and have all of these games in one little bundle of nostalgia.

It's so cute, I love Peach. Not too sure what they're doing with the direction on her voice but I don't mind it in the context of this game.
I went into this with the thought in my mind that this is a baby game for babies (and it kinda is) but there are parts that made me go fucking apeshit because I messed up. Too often you're not allowed to go backtrack in a stage to get any collectibles you may have missed so it's a bit frustrating when you go replay a level and miss just one thing and have to start over from the very beginning of the stage.
The little creature that follows you isn't annoying thankfully and I kinda like the new species that roams around the theater.
I'm writing this all out on my phone while the credits are playing so this review may not make sense but I really enjoyed it. I have been suffering from a headache for the past few days that is unrelated to this game and while the game didn't make it better it did give me something fun to focus on.
Anyway, time to 100% it.

This one went kinda crazy. I played a demo of it back when it first came out and almost completely forgot about it until it went on sale. Don't let the title turn you away, this isn't a game that goes "guys look how funny we are cuz we reference memes and type in all lowercase." There's some really good jokes in there and there's a lot of charm.
One of my few complaints is how slow your character moves. It isn't that big of a deal until you have to backtrack for quests or when you reopen the game and are thrust back into the starting area.

Young me was really stupid for not finishing this/not even keeping the game. I wish it didn't take me this long to realize that I like Zelda games because now I want to play more of them.

Bayonetta: Oomfie Edition is so good. At first I was hesitant due to the control scheme being much different from the mainline games, but it's quick to get the hang of. It doesn't go "guys remember the other Bayonetta games?" at all until maybe the end, but it's more of a reward for being able to make it so far than pandering. My only complaint would be the map. I'm not sure what direction it's trying to point me towards half of the time to be honest, but I'm also stupid so who knows. There's also not too many voice clips so bosses will repeat themselves often.
Art direction is solid, gameplay is too. Cereza's voice actress is really good. I like when she says "Cheshire, over here!"

I don't even know how to articulate my emotions on this game but I can say I mentally checked out right after Descole showed up.

Imagine if every time you saved in a game you had to get into an argument with your girlfriend.

Genuinely one of the best games ever made. I don't know how to put it but the ending and the message about nuclear weaponry right before the credits just hits perfectly.

Really fun and sometimes stumped me. They should make more of these.

Completed = unlocking all the characters and beating the story with all default characters
This is way better than the original because you can actually see your score and the buttons you press. The character designs are better but the ones for the secret characters are a bit uninspired. It sucks how the American version removed the endings (it must have been the Beatles joke) but the addition of the color coded arrows makes it almost worth it.

My real and correct takes:
Gun Duel and Wiz Man are based and fun, Triotos DX bangs more than the Gamecom Mini version, and the whole vibe of the game is fun and makes me nostalgic. The addition of the shop gives makes you more immersed in the world and I think baby Arino is a cutie and want a marketable plushie of him. The Daily Challenges are also good.

I don't know what "complete" would be considered for this game, but I beat it twice with Heat and Kitty-N. It's a really fun game with lots of style, though it's a bit hard to get used to the controls.
