Builds on 1 and 2's charm, but triples down on the always-online nonsense and carrot/stick DLC teasing.
The devs continue to improve on their AI. Story continues to be weakly compelling though like Absolution, is more than a hunt-and-kill. You do have to look for stuff and complete objectives in a narrative-like fashion. It is a competent game, and it is a complete game. So +1/2 star for including the whole game at once this time, as opposed to piecemeal.
This game would be a 4 star, but I philosophically disagree with the practice of forever charging $70 for a game, as well as the well-known (for Hitman) practice of needing a guide to find the best version of the game to purchase.
