My first clue that this game has no idea what it's doing was when I realized the default keybindings have no run toggle and they expect you to go through the whole game just holding one button down the entire time. That was, like, 5 seconds after starting it and basically every 5 to 10 seconds after that I'd find another horrible misstep that made my heart sink a little more. I think I only finished like 2 levels.

It really is kind of breathtaking how consistently mediocre-to-bad Warhammer games are (to be fair I did really like Vermintide). It must be such a drag for fans of the franchise.

I have this book! What do you think of it? So far I've found it to be kind of disappointingly shallow; like 1,000+ back-of-the-box synopses. Maybe I just haven't found the real meaty entries yet.
